Birth Certificate.
It’s a new height in arrogance.
Team Obama and Obama’s allies in the liberal media are having a huge chuckle when it comes to the United States Constitution.
And apparently, the truth is a laughing matter as well.
When the question regarding Obama’s eligibility under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution was posed at a White House press conference, White House mouth-piece, Roberts Gibbs actually smirked derisively and issued two consecutive incredulous and false statements.
But to make matters worse, when Gibbs made his factually inaccurate assertions, members of the liberal elitist media… instead of pressing Gibbs on his outrageous statements… openly laughed.
Here’s what happened.
WorldNetDaily.com correspondent Lester Kinsolving posed the following question to Gibbs at a White House Press Conference:
“Thank you, thank you, very much. Just one question concerning what the president said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, ‘I ran for president promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.’ End of quote. Do you remember that statement?”
Gibbs interrupted Kinsolving and derisively asked: “Are you looking for the President’s birth certificate?”
When Kinsolving answered in the affirmative, Gibbs told his first lie: “It’s on the Internet, Lester.”
Kinsolving tried to give Gibbs’ the chance to amend his false assertion, and stated: “No, no, no – the long form listing his hospital and physician,” and members of the elitist liberal media could be heard laughing.
And Gibbs quickly interrupted with his second false statement: “I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people – (laughter again) – that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president’s birth there, but it’s on the Internet because we put it on the Internet….”
And before Gibbs could be pressed to explain his two totally inaccurate statements, he called an end to the press conference and slinked out of the room.

There Is No Birth Certificate Posted On The Internet.
Of course, there is no “Birth Certificate” for Barack Hussein Obama posted on the Internet.
And moreover, the sad truth of the matter is multiple teams of lawyers have generated hundreds-of-thousands in legal fees blocking efforts to compel Obama to release his Birth Certificate.
As for liberal members of the media… the simple fact that Gibbs made such a factually inaccurate statement, under other circumstances, would be the story of the century. If Gibbs served a conservative President, there would be no laughter… the front page of the New York Times would most certainly have read; “White House Lies.”
But when it comes to their “messiah,” members of the elitist liberal media can only laugh derisively because any effort to investigate the matter, or report on the matter in any way, would most certainly expose the truth to the American people.
The cavalier arrogance of the liberal media on this issue reminds me of a famous line from The Treasure of Sierra Madre; “Birth Certificate? Obama ain’t got no Birth Certificate. Obama don’t need no Birth Certificate. Obama don’t have to show you any stinking Birth Certificate.”
Liberals in the media want this issue to go away and, make no mistake, their derisive laughter and ridicule is specifically meant to silence you and the 400,000-plus other Americans who have demanded that Barack Hussein Obama produce his Birth Certificate and prove that he is not a fraud and a usurper… that he is, in fact, eligible, under the Constitution, to occupy the Oval Office.

Did Gibbs Tell A Whopper? What Is Posted On The Internet.
You be the judge.
Gibbs actually made two factually inaccurate statements.
First, Gibbs specifically stated; “Are you looking for the President’s birth certificate?” Then he told Kinsolving; “It’s on the Internet, Lester.”
Seconds later, Gibbs told another whopper and said; “I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people – (laughter again) – that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president’s birth there, but it’s on the Internet because we put it on the Internet.”
Now for the facts:
First: Obama, as previously stated, has never published his “Birth Certificate” (a “Certificate of Live Birth”) on the Internet, or anywhere else for that matter.
The document that is published on the Internet is a “Certification of Live Birth,” a “short-form” document that is generated on-the-spot and based on what is contained in a computer database at the time it was printed out.
A copy of the “Certification of Live Birth” (the actual document Obama produced on his website) and an actual “Birth Certificate” issued by the State of Hawaii are below. The differences should be apparent.

The “Certification of Live Birth” (the document on the left which Obama provided) while it is adequate for proving that an individual was actually born, is not adequate for the purpose of proving that an individual was physically born in Hawaii. At least that’s what the State of Hawaii says.
Specifically the Hawaii Department of Home Lands (DHHL) states the following on its website:
“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”
In plain English, the State of Hawaii knows better than to accept the certifications of live birth it issues as proof that a DHHL applicant was born in Hawaii. The State of Hawaii knows that the certifications of live birth it issues are not adequate for proving an individual was born in Hawaii; and if Hawaii won’t accept the Certification of Live Birth… if Hawaii requires a Certificate of Live Birth, then why shouldn’t the American people require the same.
Particularly when you consider that, under the law, if Obama was not physically born in Hawaii, he cannot be a natural-born citizen.
Secondly, Gibbs actually shifted gears and claimed that people “doubt the existence of and the certification…” That’s simply not true. 400,000-plus people are simply demanding that Obama produce his actual “Birth Certificate” period… end of sentence.
And moreover, teams of attorneys are still thwarting efforts to compel Obama to produce his actual “Birth Certificate.”
Rumors abound as to the actual amount that is being spent (and who is spending that money) to obstruct the release of Obama’s actual “Birth Certificate” (one rumor places the amount at close to a million).
And while we don’t know the exact amount, it would be reasonable to assume that hundreds-of-thousands in legal fees are being generated to obstruct the release of the actual “Birth Certificate” but Mr. Transparency, Barack Hussein Obama, won’t even release that information.
How much is being spend? Who is spending this money? Why spend hundreds-of-thousands when it would cost Obama about $10 to produce his actual “Birth Certificate?” If efforts to compel Obama to produce his actual “Birth Certificate” are “garbage,” as Team Obama has stated in the past, why go to all this effort to hide such a trivial matter from the American public?
Why did Gibbs leave the room after giving inaccurate and evasive answers to Kinsolving’s questions? And lastly: Why are members of the liberal media laughing derisively, instead of simply asking these simple yet pivotal questions?
We can’t let them get away with it. If we keep demanding that they ask these questions, they will have to ask these questions. If we let this issue go, we let them off the hook.

You Can Readily See The Horrible Stench Of Media Hypocrisy. The Mainstream Media Thought It Was Serious Enough To Hound Senator John McCain To Answer The Question.
The liberal media made a huge deal out of the fact that John McCain was born in the Canal Zone. The liberal media relentlessly questioned whether or not McCain met the constitutional test?
On February 29, 2008, MSNBC, took the matter very seriously.
MSNBC correspondent, Pete Williams stated the following in an article titled: “McCain’s citizenship called into question: Candidate, born in Panama Canal Zone, may not qualify as ‘natural born'”
“Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and his advisers are doing their best to brush aside questions – raised in the liberal blogosphere – about whether he is qualified under the Constitution to be president. But many legal scholars and government lawyers say it’s a serious question with no clear answer.”
And Williams apparently didn’t think this “serious question” was a laughing matter when he mentioned in that same article that the question was also raised in reference to Barry Goldwater, who was born in Arizona while it was still a U.S. territory, and George Romney, who was born in Mexico.
The New York Times took the issue seriously as well. On February 28, 2008, the Times published an article titled; “McCain’s Canal Zone Birth Prompts Queries About Whether That Rules Him Out” which started out as follows:
“The question has nagged at the parents of Americans born outside the continental United States for generations: Dare their children aspire to grow up and become president? In the case of Senator John McCain of Arizona, the issue is becoming more than a matter of parental daydreaming.”
Two weeks after the McCain issue was actually settled, CBS News (of Rathergate fame) still wouldn’t let the issue go. On March 14, 2008, CBS News continued in its attempts to muddy the already clear waters:
“As we’ve previously noted, there are questions surrounding whether or not John McCain – who was born in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936, when it was a U.S. territory – is legally a ‘natural-born citizen.'”
“If McCain isn’t ‘natural-born’ then he can’t be president, according to the Constitution.”
And, when it comes to McCain, the leftist so-called urban-myth debunking website Snopes.com still won’t let what is a settled issue go and still erroneously lists the answer to the question of John McCain’s eligibility under Article 2, Section 1 of the United States Constitution as “UNDETERMINED.”
And yet, Snopes.com gives Obama the thumbs-up on a variety of questions raising the same issue.
What gives?
Of course John McCain – unlike Obama – didn’t brush those questions aside, as Williams and others so cockily reported. McCain promptly released all relevant records and legal opinions on the subject… there is no question regarding McCain’s eligibility.
But if it was such a serious matter then (and apparently even now with Snopes.com) to question McCain’s eligibility; why is it so funny to question Obama’s now?
And were some of those laughing when Gibbs told his whoppers from CBS or NBC or the New York Times or any of the publications that took the matter so seriously when it came to John McCain?

Strangely, it may have been the liberal media’s willingness to savage McCain over the issue that eventually brought this whole controversy to light.
When Obama’s grandmother claimed Obama was born in Kenya, the McCain controversy was still fresh in the minds of people who wondered – and are still wondering – why the same standard was not being applied to Obama.
But, as the American people are coming to know, you are simply not allowed to criticize or scrutinize “the messiah” or hold “the chosen one” up to any standard.
And now, the liberal media is not just refusing to report on this issue when it comes to Obama; the liberal media is covering the story up through derisive ridicule of those who dare to ask this legitimate question.

Are Freedom And The Rule Of Law Fictions?
Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, specifically states, “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President…”
It’s not a technicality, or lunacy on the part of our Founding Fathers. It is a specific statement within a document that forms the basis for all of our laws.
The irresponsible confirmation in the Senate of the irresponsible tallying of votes in the Electoral College does not supersede the clear meaning of Article II, Section 1. If it is allowed to stand, disregard of the Constitution by all branches of the government would be openly established.
Moreover, to all who believe that the Constitution is the government’s basic law, that the Constitution is the only instrument that gives the enactments of Congress and the commands of the Executive validity, it will be clear that the rule of law in the United States is a fiction.
And moreover, Barack Hussein Obama has already shown himself to be a usurper. The Executive Branch has already taken effective control over huge sections of the banking industry, the automobile industry and is moving to take control of the healthcare industry.
And yet, no one is willing to call this hand-in-glove relationship between government and private business what is actually is… it is the textbook definition of fascism.
The fact that the very man responsible for instigating this extreme upheaval of the American way of life has not bothered to show that he is eligible to be President of the United States… the fact that he obstructs efforts by those who demand that prove his eligibility under the Constitution… the fact that his people call these efforts “garbage” and derisively laugh at those who make this demand… is the ultimate irony.
Win lose or draw, freedom-loving Americans must stand in the gap. Again and again and again if necessary.

Strange not one mention about this Birth Certificate being inavailable that would qualify Obama has the President of America is mentioned in the UK….
And to think the UK follows his war orders….or the orders of those above him!!
Obama has posted and showed to FactCheck and Polifact the ONLY birth certificate that Hawaii currently issues, which is the Certification of Live Birth. That document, which is a short-form birth certificate, is the official birth certificate of Hawaii and it is accepted as proof of birth in Hawaii by such federal agencies as the US State Department and the branches of the military.

And, the facts of the document have been confirmed by the two officials in Hawaii who looked into the file and stated that there was an original birth certificate in the file. Not a foreign birth certificate, not a delayed birth certificate, not a certificate of Hawaiian birth, but an original birth certificate.
Then why is Obama suing to block the release of this document? Answer: He isn’t. All the cases against him were to stop the election or to stop the certification of the election. There has not been a single case against him that simply asked for documents.
The election is gone yet there are still demands to for his birth certificate, there are live cases against Obama at the present time?

3. Cheney had the constitutional duty to ask the question, at the elector’s conformation hearing in January at the joint session of Congress, if anyone wishes to object. He failed in his duty and did not ask the question. Why would he protect a political opponent and break the law?

Because they agree with such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham, who say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:

What overwhelming evidence are you referring to?
He ordered Hawaiian officials to keep his long form birth certificate secret. There is no evidence whatsoever that he was born in Hawaii, until he releases the long-form, bearing the hospital’s and doctor’s name, so it is verifiable.
Why on earth he or the party is spending hundreds of thousands dollars in legal fees to defend the 39 eligibility lawsuits?
He promised transparent government and his travels, his college admission papers, his academic records, his health records, his passports and his birth is protected in deep secrecy. Are you saying that he kept his promise of Transparency?
Just produce the …… long-form and the all the “birthers” will shot up. Simple as that. It would be for his benefit to do that, as this issue will not go away until he shows it. On the contrary is snowballing slowly gaining more momentum as Watergate did.

I am afraid you are right. The US is no longer “The land of the free and home of the brave.”
It is rumored that Rupert Murdock was behind silencing Sean Hennity on this issue.

Statements [1] and [2] below are taken from a U. K. Government document – Published 21 October 2005.
Reporting Diversity is a new, practical guide for journalists to help them report fairly on matters of faith, race, and cohesion and to do so without giving needless offence. It has been produced by the Media Trust and the Society of Editors with support from the Home Office.
“How journalists can contribute to community cohesion”
Section [1] basically advises journalists that any one who opposes Islamic extremists should be portrayed by the media as racist and accused of hiding behind a cloak of respectability while Section [2] advises journalists to conceal the statements and actions of Islamic extremists from the public.
The document also contains threats of criminal prosecution in the event of a media group or journalist that has been deemed not to have acted in the interests of “community cohesion”.
“A journalist will be guilty of an offence if he or she intends to stir up racial hatred or, having regard to all the circumstances, racial hatred is likely to be stirred up by what is published.”
[1] Expose and counter racist propaganda. Bigots who hide behind a cloak of respectability can be the most damaging. Make sure they are always drawn into the open and their words never go unchallenged.
[2] Take care in reporting extremists. Generally quote people who are representative. Be wary of those with views that might make good copy but to most people seem extreme. Though it is sometimes essential to quote such extremists, be sure to place their views in the context of the numbers they might represent. Be aware of creating negative images. Minorities carry the burden of being different. Don’t make them synonymous with the things that worry everyone, like terrorism, subjugation of women, forced marriage, illegal immigration, fraudulent benefits claims and cruel animal slaughter. Few are.

Baloney. He did not order anything. The birth documents in Hawaii are private, as they are in all states.
At the time that Obama was born, in 1961, Hawaii had no law allowing a foreign birth to be registered. There cannot be a foreign birth certificate in the file because at the time the law did not allow it.
And, the two officials of Hawaii issued a statement saying that there is an original birth certificate in the file. And, after that, the PR spokeswoman for the department called the Chicago Tribune and in response to their question: “Does this mean that Obama was born in Hawaii?” said YES.

Obama cannot produce the long-form because he does not have it. Hawaii sends out only the short form, which is what they sent him.
If you want to see the long-form, change the law or the regulations in Hawaii. That should be far easier than getting someone who does not have a document to give it to you. Write to the govenor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, asking her to make an exception to the law, or change the law, to make the birth records of the president public documents.
This, as I say, will be easier than asking someone to show you something that he has not got–especially when what he does have is a legal document.
