Muslim Rape Epidemic Puts Sweden at Top of Euro Rape Statistics

A Muslim rape epidemic in Sweden has ensured that it now tops the list as the European country with the most rapes per capita — 46 incidents per 100,000 residents.
The EU report, due to be officially released tomorrow, shows that the number of reported rapes in Sweden is twice as many as the UK which reports 23 cases per 100,000 and 20 times higher than certain countries in southern and eastern Europe.
The study, financed by the EU-funded Daphne II organisation, compared how the respective judicial systems managed rape cases across eleven EU countries.
According to the report, the Swedish rape rate “cannot be explained purely by an increased tendency to report rapes and other more minor sexual offences.”
Over 5,000 rapes are reported in Sweden per annum while reports in other countries of a comparable size amounted to only a few hundred.
The Muslim link to the rape epidemic was already evident several years ago. In July 2005, a study from the Swedish Crime Prevention Council, Brå, revealed that rapists in that country were four times more likely to be foreign born.
In addition, the report revealed that “resident aliens” from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia make up the largest number of rapists.
The number of rape charges in Sweden has quadrupled in just above 20 years. Rape cases involving children under the age of 15 are six times as common today as they were a generation ago.
In 2005, Swedish lawyer Ann Christine Hjelm found that 85 percent of the convicted rapists were “born on foreign soil or from foreign parents.”
Sweden has a larger immigrant population than any other country in northern Europe. A Swedish ethnologist, Maria Bäckman, in her 2005 study, “When Majority Becomes Minority. Swedish Girls in a Multi-Ethnic Suburb”, presented at the University of Oslo, detailed how she had followed a group of Swedish girls in the suburb of Rinkeby outside Stockholm, where native Swedes had been turned into a minority due to Third World immigration.
According to Ms Bäckman, several of the Swedish girls she interviewed stated that they had dyed their hair to try and avoid sexual harassment from the Third World immigrants.
Most other kinds of violent crime have rapidly increased as well. Malmö, set to become the first Scandinavian city with a Muslim majority within a decade or two, has nine times as many reported robberies per capita as Copenhagen, Denmark.
Crime is rampant in the growing ghettos of Malmö. Unemployment rates top 50 percent and in 2005, police figures recorded that 68 percent of all rapes that year were committed by Third Worlders, mainly Muslims, most of whom were second and third generation immigrants.
In a sociological survey entitled “Vi krigar mot svenskarna” (“We’re waging a war against the Swedes”), published in 2006 by the Department of Sociology at Lunds University, young immigrants in the city of Malmö were interviewed about why they were so heavily involved in crime.
The study was widely quoted in Swedish press. “The wave of robberies the city of Malmö has witnessed during this past year is part of a ‘war against the Swedes’,” said one newspaper report.
“This is the explanation given by young robbers from immigrant backgrounds when questioned about why they only rob native Swedes, in interviews with Petra Åkesson for her thesis in sociology. ‘I read a report about young robbers in Stockholm and Malmö and wanted to know why they rob other youths. It usually does not involve a lot of money’, she said. She interviewed boys between 15 and 17 years old, both individually and in groups.
“Almost 90 percent of all robberies reported to the police were committed by gangs, not individuals. ‘When we are in the city and robbing we are waging a war, waging a war against the Swedes.’ This argument was repeated several times.
“‘Power for me means that the Swedes shall look at me, lie down on the ground and kiss my feet.’ The boys explain, laughingly, that ‘there is a thrilling sensation in your body when you’re robbing; you feel satisfied and happy; it feels as if you’ve succeeded; it simply feels good.
“‘It’s so easy to rob Swedes, so easy. We rob every single day, as often as we want to, whenever we want to.’ The immigrant youth regard the Swedes as stupid and cowardly: ‘The Swedes don’t do anything; they just give us the stuff. They’re so wimpy.
“The young robbers do not plan their crimes: ‘No, we just see some Swedes that look rich or have nice mobile phones and then we rob them.’”

Third World Rape Nightmare Grips Oslo

Every single rape and aggravated sexual assault committed in the Norwegian capital of Oslo over the past three years was committed by a Third World “immigrant” Norwegian Radio has reported.
According to an NRK report of 2 September 2009, the police in Oslo have investigated 41 cases of “aggravated sexual assault, which resulted in rape.”
According to NRK, “all of them were carried out by non-western immigrants to Norway.”
The police have, the report continues, “investigated all reported cases of aggravated sexual assault over the past three years, and have gained a clear impression of the offenders: Most of the rapists have a Kurdish or African background.”
Furthermore, the police said, the cases of aggravated sexual assaults all have “one thing in common, namely the use of gross violence.”
In typical liberal fashion, the Norwegian police fail to address the real cause of the problem — the mass Third World immigration invasion of Europe — and instead have urged that “more effort be put into preventive measures among men with immigrant background.”
Norway, with a population of 4.7 million, has long had a liberal immigration and asylum policy, and as a result became home to increasing numbers of immigrants, foreign workers and ‘asylum seekers’ from various parts of the world.
* In 2006, immigration accounted for more than half of Norway’s population growth. In that year, official statistics from Statistics Norway Bureau (SSB) showed a record 45,800 immigrants arriving in Norway — 30 percent higher than 2005.
At the beginning of 2007, there were 415,300 persons in Norway with an immigrant background (that is, immigrants, or born of immigrant parents), comprising 8.8 percent of the total population.
Official figures claim that 350,000 of these were from a ‘non-Western’ background, including Pakistanis, Iraqis, Somalis and Vietnamese. At least 35,000 Pakistanis were congregated in Oslo, most of whom entered the country legally as workers or through family reunification programmes.
At the beginning of 2005, 32 percent of first-generation immigrants had lived in Norway for less than five years, while 16 percent had lived in Norway for 25 years or more. A high proportion of immigrants from Iraq and Somalia have lived in Norway for less than five years — 57 and 55 percent respectively.
As of January 2005, Norway’s refugee population was more than 107,000, or 2.3 percent of the population of that country. Refugees from Iraq, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Somalia, Iran and Vietnam made up the largest groups.
The non-white immigrants continue to have much higher birth rates than native Norwegians, with the result that the youth demographics show a large preponderance in favour of the non-Norwegian population. This will, like all European countries, make itself felt within the next two generations, once all these immigrant children reach adulthood.
In 2005, 64,000 children were born in Norway of two foreign-born parents, compared to only 13,800 people born to parents of European origin.
At current rates of Third World population growth, Oslo will have a non-white majority within two and a half decades.

Islamization of Europe and Policies to Prevent It

1. A theory of the Islamization process in European countries
1.1. Background
The Islamic takeover of a country or a region of the country – is dependant on the relative proportion of Muslims compared with non-Muslims, and/or the influence of militant Muslims among the Muslim population. A higher proportion of Muslims among the population – or the growth of the number of militants among Muslims (even though Muslims constitute a smaller part of the population) – drive the political development along a certain path. A successful assimilation process may change that path but there seems to be no definite examples yet of such a process.
We need theories that describe (later also explain) the political development in a country with a growing Muslim minority (or a growing militancy among the Muslim population) and which country doesn’t carry out a strategy to oppose Islamization. A preliminary version of a theory (concentrating on parts of the conflict between political (traditional) Islam and domestic non-Muslim forces) is presented below. On the basis of that description of the political process, we then formulate (sect. 2) the structure of a prescriptive theory (a policy model) that can cause this process to be stopped and therefore avoided. In sect. 4.1-12, this model is then filled with contents, and an integrated policy helping to preserve the traditional rights in a European country is described in all its parts and details.
It is our hope that those detailed policy proposals regarding different areas of life in the society will be thoroughly discussed by all interested bloggers at this forum. Perhaps a majority view may form about the specific contents of the various individual policies (each regarding a different area). The results will later serve as parts of a comprehensive policy that can serve as an example for many political parties in Europe which – during the coming decades – will find it necessary to formulate their policies regarding how to preserve a free society.
By showing an extensive and detailed policy proposal, it may be possible to influence the structure of that discussion and set the basic parameters for the debate in hundreds of political parties, or organizations, in Europe.
1.2. The process and its phases
The basic development process seems to follow a pattern where eight phases can be discerned. These phases are described below, but just briefly. Later a more extensive description of them will be given. An underlying assumption is that a growing Muslim minority allows radical Islamists to influence a growing part of the population in the country. The contents of the traditional Islamic doctrine which is recognized by all four schools of Islam to be the valid one (various interpretations differ – of course – between them), seems to support the interpretations of the radical Islamists regarding many matters. That is probably a main reason for the passivity and silence of the so called “moderate” Muslims who don’t have a comprehensive theoretical doctrine to lean upon. Another reason may be that many, or most, “moderates” share the same goals as the radical Islamists but just oppose some of their methods. Fear of reprisals can also be a cause of their passivity. The radicals also have strong international support, including the financial support.
On the basis of our empirical knowledge about the political development in Muslim countries, the attitudes regarding many matters of Muslims in Europe and other pieces of information e g their reactions during the first five years of the war on terror, a good prognosis can be made. During the coming decades, numerous examples from Europe will illuminate the different phases and their contents.
a) The starting point is a Western society with a normal development Social peace, satisfactory economic growth, ordinary crime levels, and changes in government depending on democratic elections. The number of Muslims in the population is very low, and their influence on society negligible.
Current Examples: Finland, Baltic States
b) An initial phase when the proportion of Muslims is still fairly small, certain areas of human life of the immigrant population are in practice left alone by the authorities. This allows repression of girls and women in many Muslim families. Open or concealed honor murders which enforce some behavioral rules of the Muslim minority happens now and then. A high birth rate among Muslims and a high level of immigration from Muslim countries is promoted inside the Muslim society.
Infrequent proposals aiming at establishing sharia regarding various matters, acknowledging Muslim holidays a s o are presented. Another characteristic is increasing levels of crime motivated by attitudes often connected to jihad e g an increasing level of rapes of non-Muslim women.
The incidence of rapes carried out by Muslim men in Norway against non-Muslim women is many times higher than rapes by non-Muslim men. The rape frequency in e g Oslo per capita is said to more than five times higher than in New York City. And two thirds of these rapes are committed by immigrants even though they still constitute a rather small part of society. This does not only reflect the dysfunctional relations between sexes in the Muslim part of society but is also a sign of an early “light-version” example of the influence of jihad thinking in the country. Charities, property crimes including credit card crimes are used to collect money for global jihad.
Current examples: USA, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.
c) Preparations for jihad: Beginning of geographic no-go areas for the police and public administration officials. Frequent physical attacks and even single infrequent murders of policemen or persons opposing political Islam. Death threats against adversaries are common. An increasing physical destruction of property by groups, influenced by the radical imams and the jihadists.
Besides frequent proposals to introduce sharia laws, we find established “private” sharia courts in certain areas judging matters of special interest to Muslims. Property crimes of various types in order to finance the beginning of a domestic jihad movement.
Current examples: France; beginning in England, Holland.
d) Start of jihad: Murders of individual policemen or active anti-Muslims with a certain frequency, which murders carry an evident political message. An organized countrywide Islamist movement appears, and some mosques start to retreat from liberal versions of Islam used as a deception during the initial stages ( 1-3). Establishment of definite no-go areas where militants put taxes on corporations and individuals. Extortion of individuals outside these areas.
Frequent use of unofficial (or now maybe even official) sharia courts as a substitute for ordinary courts, in the “liberated” areas. Militias start to form among non-Muslim groups in society. Nationalistic non-jihad parties grow rapidly in importance in the political life. The emigration of European citizens from the country increases significantly.
Current examples: Beginning in France.
e) Development of jihad: Frequent murders of policemen, teachers and well-known individuals opposing political Islam. Physical fights between groups of Islamists and policemen, and even occasional firefights around and outside the borders of the “liberated areas”. Militants start to openly show weapons and declare far-reaching political goals e g taking over a region or the whole country. The liberal western versions of Islam disappear completely at many mosques when it now is of less interest to Islamists to deceive, and radicals put pressure on still moderate mosques.
Militias of non-Muslims groups grow in strength and start to take infrequent part in the fighting. A growing physical separation between different religious groups in the society. The level of emigration starts to become a national problem. Passive governments and passive political parties are replaced by hard-line nationalistic parties.
Current example: South of Thailand
f). Jihad: Insurgency Use also of the state’s military force against larger groups of Islamists in regular military fights. A national Home Guard is organized to try to prevent private militias to grow and take over the main responsibility of protecting domestic citizens. Campaigns by the Islamic movement to convince media and the population of their right to dominate certain areas of the country proclaimed to be Muslim. Constant murders and kidnappings of opponents and well-known persons.
Coercion of Muslim young men to take part in jihad. Regular taxation of people in the liberated areas and extortion against citizens outside those areas. Few Muslim groups help the government, while some declare neutrality.
Current example: The Philippines
g). Jihad to Civil war. Large-scale military fights when the domestic forces fight the Islamic movement’s goal to dominate a geographic region, or the country. Militias and the national Home Guard complement the army. Widespread executions, terror, cruelty, mayhem and widespread destruction reign in urban areas. Definite separation between Muslims and non-Muslims leads to large-scale movements of the population.
Neighboring countries will help the European citizens in the specific country with – as a last resort – armed assistance. Neighbors or NATO are in some cases asked by the government of the country to intervene militarily to help in the fight.
Example: Lebanon during the seventies – end of eighties.
Victory for European forces (A), or victory for Islam (B)
(A) A possible end result of a civil war resulting in a victory for the domestic population will be the total banishment of traditional Islam from a specific country. Widespread emigration/deportation and large scale conversion of Muslims in the country.
(B) A victory for Islam will allow all the rules of a victorious Islam to be applied. Traditional Islam will substitute for all liberal western versions of Islam that have grown in the country but still lack any real theoretical basis and a real doctrine.
Massive and nationwide expropriations, slavery of conquered women, continued slaughter of non-Christians and Christians known for opinions opposed to Islam and of moderate Muslims who initially try to protect non-Muslims, murder of minorities e g gays. A Muslim dictatorship without democracy similar to religious dictatorships in the Middle East, is established.
The sharia laws is the basis for a new constitution and the laws of the country. The institution of dhimmitude is introduced and will regulate the life of Christians and Jews. The rest of the population will slowly be eliminated. The GNP declines successively to less than 50 % of its former level, and an insignificant growth happen only during good years.
1.3. A preliminary discussion of a few phases
If the governments of a European country during the coming decades show an unwillingness to protect its European citizens from the inroads of Islamists, this attitude will sooner or later lead to violent conflicts between the traditional or new political anti-jihad forces, and the radical Islamic movement. It seems highly possible that the development phases 2-3 may last a long time in societies with strong democratic traditions, a good educational system and – from the beginning – a fairly homogenous ethnic population. The infiltration and dissemination of political Islam’s values among non-Muslims and moderate Muslims will then during a long period be carried out mainly with non-violent means. The methods of this missionary and pre-Revolutionary work during phases 2-4 show a pattern which will be analysed later. That work is often structured according to principles laid down by e g the Moslem Brotherhood for the expansion of political Islam in European countries.
This growth of Islamic influence can be counteracted by certain laws and policies. The acceptance of such laws and rules by the majority will probably in many countries be dependant on how far a country has advanced towards violent conflict between the population groups. Gullible socialists and anti-Western/antimarket parties in a western country may decide not to stop the slide down the slope toward more and more violence. They will prevent employment of the firm methods which can stop the journey towards civil war. But sooner or later – if the traditional parties will not protect the European population against the continuous expansion of radical Islamic demands and actions – the European population will shift their political preferences to nationalistic parties. It is a sign of real weakness if traditional political parties are not able to handle the new danger correctly. If they don’t and new political forces get into power, protective measures will be realized in those countries. The policy measures will eliminate the possibility of an unintegrated Muslim population group to take over and dominate the country politically and religiously.
So it is not so much a question about if the measures in sect 2 and 4 will be adopted. The main question is instead w h e n. Will a lot of civil strife – perhaps even an insurgency – happen before definite measures are taken? Will a lot of valuable time, a large number of lives, and huge amounts of wealth be wasted before today’s politicians understand what really is happening, or they are exchanged and correct measures are taken?
The proposed policies will stop the development towards more and more influence for traditional Islam and violence and – in the end – insurgency and perhaps civil war. They will lead to Muslims integrating into the society with values that resist traditional – and therefore political – Islam.
An exceptional case is that the phases 4-5 are more or less bypassed, and Muslims are allowed to grow to become a majority in a country. Feeling its new power, the new government will then soon start to take away the freedoms and human rights of non-Muslims. This breaks the bonds between the citizens of the country, and the original population will defend its ancient values of freedom, and an insurgency and later a civil war will ensue. However, the government will in this case be favorable towards radical Islam, and the army will then be paralyzed. The European officer corps and the non-commissioned officers have not yet been replaced. Non-Muslims will later according to the rules of dhimmitude not be allowed to own weapons, or be part of the armed forces. The fighting will be carried out by militias.
A calm and orderly transformation to dhimmitude for the non-Muslim part of the population combined with widespread emigration of Europeans, is improbable. So even in these circumstances with a Muslim majority, civil war will erupt, and Muslims and non-Muslims in different European countries will intervene and help each other.
Each one of the phases above deserves its own detailed description and analysis. That work will be presented later.

Rubbing our noses in it
The new EU Ambassador to the United States has started off very well. Very diplomatically.
Joao Vale de Almeida, for it is he has dug right in. According to the Washington post he has finally answered Kissinger’s supposedly plaintive call,
“In this area code, you call me,”
He went on in a way that is sure to put people’s (mine included) noses out of joint.
“I’m supposed to have a wider mandate than my predecessors,” the head of the EU delegation to the United States added during an interview at the EU mission in
Washington.
“Our delegations now cover a wide spectrum of issues well beyond the economic dimension, trade dimension and regulatory dimension, to cover all policies in the union, including foreign policy and security policy,” he said.
His job reflects changes introduced with the Treaty of Lisbon which came into force in December enhancing the EU’s capacity to “operate more effectively and act more cohesively in matters of foreign affairs and security,” the EU said.
So please somebody explain what is left for Her Britanic Majesty’s Ambassador left to do in Washington apart from to prop up the bar and to complain about the portrayal of BP, and the use of British actors as baddies in Hollywood?
It is apparant that they have nothing else to discuss now that Europe has shaken of its pre-Lisbon torpor.
There again given that Nigel Shienwald was formerly UK Rep in Brussels then at least he knows the form.

Obama came out for the Islamic supremacist mosque at the hallowed ground of 911 attack. He has, in effect, sided with the Islamic jihadists and told the ummah (at an Iftar dinner on the third night of Ramadan, of course) that he believes in and supports a triumphal mosque on the cherished site of Islamic conquest.
If you had any doubt who Obama stood with on 911, there can be no doubt in our minds now.
I believe he planned it all along. He waited until Ramadan. Symbolic. He has now turned our Ground Zero protest on 911 into a mega-event. The very idea of a 15-story mega-mosque on hallowed ground in indecent, offensive and outrageous. If Imam Rauf and his wife Daisy really wanted to “reach out” and “heal,” they would give the $120 million to the first responders suffering from exposure to the toxic environment at Ground Zero after Muslim terrorists brought down the World Trade Center and slaughtered 3,000 Americans.
Is the president incapable of common decency?
Obama knows this is not about religious liberty. No one has suggested abridging the first amendment to stop the mosque. There are hundreds of mosques in New York, thousands in America. This is not a religious issue. This is a national security issue.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama on Friday endorsed plans for a Muslim mosque two blocks from ground zero in New York City, declaring that “Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as anyone else in this country.”
In remarks prepared for delivery at a White House dinner celebrating the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, Obama said all Americans have the right to worship as they choose.
“That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances, Obama said. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakeable.”
Obama emphasized the point as New York City is immersed in a deeply sensitive debate about whether a mosque should be built near the site of the World Trade Center’s twin towers.
It was the president’s first remarks about the mosque controversy. The White House previously called the matter solely a local one.
At the dinner attended by two Muslim-American congressmen, Obama acknowledged that hot-fire emotions the planned mosque and cultural center have stoked.
“Ground Zero is, indeed, hallowed ground,” the president said.
He just became a one-term president. The field is wide open for 2012.

But some Republicans were quick to pounce.
“President Obama is wrong,” said Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y. “It is insensitive and uncaring for the Muslim community to build a mosque in the shadow of ground zero. While the Muslim community has the right to build the mosque they are abusing that right by needlessly offending so many people who have suffered so much.”
Entering the highly charged election-year debate, Obama surely knew that his words would not only make headlines but be heard by Muslims worldwide. The president has made it a point to reach out to the global Muslim community, and the over 100 guests at Friday’s dinner included ambassadors and officials from numerous Muslim nations, including Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Seated around candlelit tables, they listened closely as Obama spoke, then stood and applauded when the president finished his remarks.
While his pronouncement concerning the mosque might find favor in the Muslim world, Obama’s stance runs counter to the opinions of the majority of Americans, according to polls. A CNN/Opinion Research poll released this week found that nearly 70 percent of Americans opposed the mosque plan while just 29 percent approved. A number of Democratic politicians have shied away from the controversy.

There is a prayer rug in the Whitehouse. Want proof? Go back to when he did his BP speech. Everybody said “that was real short”. Yeah it had to end by 820pm because that was when he had to do his evening prayers. I had a bet on it at the office and won hands down.
Ok I said it before and I’ll say it again….the simple and confrontational free solution for this Mosque is to taint the earth at the site with pigs blood….barrels of it….50 gallon barrels of it…in the cement…on the raw ground. The ground will be tainted and can NEVER be used as a place of worship by any Muslim. Plain and simple…now get to work!

As I’ve posted elsewhere, who in the House will have the “cojones” to introduce Articles of Impeachment? Michele Bachmann? Perhaps King or Ryan. The problem is there has to be a coalition to do it and the catch 22 they find themselves in is they do not have enough votes as yet. OTOH, they cannot afford to wait until AFTER the election because the more time he spends at the helm as a Trojan Horse, the more time he has to inflict major damage, or to stand aside and allow our enemies to do so!

fitna, I am not at all sure of what is involved in the impeachment process, but if Obama is being dishonest then that might be the way to get him out of office.
His support for the mosque and his total insensitivity to the feelings and wishes of the families and friends of the 9/11 outrage show him to be at least psychologically disturbed.
But people, we need to be careful. Islamists’ modus operandi (because they are commanded to behave as their mad, bad and dangerous to know prophet behaved) is to divide allies and set them against each other.
They also believe that the end of days will not come until there is discord between nations and this being the case we will be no match for them if we are warring among ourselves. They are like an opportunistic infection which thrives when the host organism is weakened. People need to unite against the influence of Islam.
Obama is at best naive, at worst an al-taqiyya merchant planted in your White House. The UK has similar difficulties with the infiltration of Islamists into the civil service which advises ministers. The way to act against them is to call such people out for the schemers and manipulators they are, as often as is needed. The UK is hampered by its laws of libel, and Islamists are very quick to use the democratic law they so despise against people they perceive to be a threat. I gather this isn’t the case in the USA

Wouldn’t you rather see a “house of worship” being built representing ALL religions, and rooms so even Wiccans could practice. Surely that would be better than a mosque, a place of healing.
I agree that this Cordoba house is a black flag in the middle of Americas wounded heart, we have the 1st Amendment in this country, a mosque will be built, and it’s up to us to practice our 1 Amendment rights, ie freedom of religion by going to this mosque when it is built and practicing our non muslim religions inside their mosque. If they throw us out then we can claim religious hatred and harassment, sue the fuckers. Lets turn the tables. Dress up in Buddhist robes, your best Jehovah’s suit, and when the cops come to throw you out, call your lawyer, claim religious hate crime, sue the cops for police brutality, sue the mosque owner for anti Constitution 1st Amendment crime. Surely this wont be “private property”? Surely this is a “house of healing” right? If it’s private property and Muslims are going to practice their Islamic supremacy then they lied, this is all about building a new “Cordoba”, in the heart of Western Christian civilization.

Without the exercise of imminent domain, this future mosque will be PRIVATE PROPERTY. No one whether Christian, Jew, or Hindu has any right to enter the property without an invitation, and I highly doubt that YOU or I will be getting an invitation.
Who wants to bet me that Obama attends the opening day of the mosque – if not the actual groundbreaking ceremony (the groundbreaking ceremony might be too close to elections)! Remember in his Muslim heart and mind, Obama is running for political president/dictator of the worldwide caliphate or ummah ruled by Sharia Law.
Who says that Islam is a religion? Islam is a totalitarian slave-owning Sharia Law-following regime – and infidels and Muslim women and children are the slaves.
Even if – and that’s a big IF – Muslims have the “right” to a mosque, Muslims do NOT have the right for the U.S. State Department to pay for an extensive foreign fund raising trip to finance a mosque. Imam Rauf’s recent overseas trip is a clear violation of the establishment clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Over 100 stranded Christian families who were rescued from a remote village are among the thousands of Pakistani flood victims receiving aid from Barnabas Fund.
The army helped to transport the villagers from Rangpur Khare, Muzaffargarh, in Punjab Province, on Tuesday (10 August) night to a place of safety where they are now being cared for by Barnabas Fund partners.

The 102 families are among the thousands of Christians who are receiving aid including food, water and medicine thanks to generous and swift donations from our supporters around the world since an emergency appeal was launched Monday 2 August.
Barnabas Fund’s regional co-ordinator for South Asia said:
“Our partners at local churches and Christian organisations are working tirelessly to rescue and help those whose homes and lives have been devastated by the flooding.
“Every day more victims who have been stranded by the waters are found, and the need for aid and supplies to help these brothers and sisters is relentless.”
Up to 200,000 Christians affected by Pakistan floods
The scene is increasingly desperate with the disaster zone stretching from the Swat Valley in the north to Sindh in the south, and the tally of people affected has now topped 14 million.
Based on the Christian population of the flooded areas – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Punjab Province and Sindh Province – it is estimated that between 150,000 and 200,000 Christians may be affected.
The United Nations this week rated the Pakistan floods as the greatest humanitarian crisis in recent history as the number of people affected surpassed the combined total of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, and the earthquakes in Pakistan in 2005 and Haiti in January this year.
