Emerging Totalitarianism

Wednesday, January 11, 2012 – by Adrian Krieg

Dr. Adrian Krieg

Being over 70 years old and having lived through WWII in Europe and lived in Mexico, I have an excellent understanding of what dictatorships are and how they function. The fact that America is rapidly heading into a despotic state is obvious to anyone of my age. Furthermore, every branch of our government is involved. The Supreme Court recently ruled that the charge of ‘assistance to terrorism’ does not necessitate an overt act; all that is required is providing assistance and/or encouragement to the act. That in effect means anything, for instance, calling the executive a fool, writing a pro-Palestinian article, objecting to Israeli Middle East policies, holocaust denial – anything the bureaucracy disapproves of becomes a violation of this law.

Under the newly enacted – sponsored by McCain (R-AZ) with approval of 93 (STUPID) Senators – National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the president was granted the right to arrest and detain any American citizens any place in the world without a charge, indefinitely, without right to council, without a warrant, and to torture any such American, merely on his say-so or by indictment of a secret court whose members are anonymous. This totally obliterates the habeas corpus provisions of the Constitution. Furthermore, this law eradicates the Posse Comitatus Act [18 U.S.C. 1385] of June 18, 1887 that prevented the government from employing American military against American civilians.

The president already took upon himself the right to assassinate any American citizen any place in the world without charge, trial, judge, jury and evidence of a crime, simply on his say-so, and has already used that authority to murder.

The enacted in 2001 and re-approved in 2011 USA Patriot Act is the most sinister of all, in that it violates the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth amendments of the Bill of Rights. In expansion, it grants the government the right to rifle your mail, tap your telephone and inquire into what you are reading. In a stunning overturn of well-accepted fourth amendment rights a federal court has granted government the right to track your movement with GPS technology, including via cell phones and GPS equipment.

Meanwhile, your local police force is buying everything from spy drones to night vision equipment and are being militarized hand over fist. These weapons and systems that local police are purchasing are not for law enforcement; they are decidedly for issues like crowd control, nighttime secret incursions, combined actions with the National Guard and regular Army, which is now possible due to NDAA. Worse is the fact that numerous airports and facilities around America have had their security services subcontracted to Israeli security firms. While the government contracts training to SPLC for federal agencies and smaller local state agencies follow their lead, SPLC is the most bias-twisted, anti-Christian organization in the land. The federal government has established links with the JDL, Mossad assets, the American Jewish Congress, the ADL and other Israeli operatives; while we cannot prove this we know it to be the case. The story put forth by the Mossad that everyone in government now accepts as gospel is that Israeli and American security issues are one and the same. This, upon examination of issues, is utterly ridiculous.

Lest we forget, police are supposed to serve and protect while military kill and destroy. The two functions are wholly incompatible in a republic. I saw this firsthand in Germany from 1938 onward and in Italy, and in Bulgaria and then in the entire Soviet bloc empire.

In view of the Pollard, Franklin, Rosenberg and scores of Israeli spying operations against us and considering the USS Liberty affair, we would be wise to rely on our own security apparatus and not become entangled with the agencies of a nation which has for decades been most actively spying against us.

We are already underwater with Israeli telephone monitoring and billing operations that have been off-shored by domestic suppliers to Magal Security Systems, an Israeli contractor. Let’s be cognizant of the fact that, according to information released last December, there is now operative monitoring of all electronic communications as well as GPS systems. We do not think it rational to allow such information to be subcontracted offshore.

What we are pointing out here is that all the required means for the operation of a top-down police state are either already in place or are being put in place as you read. Even the agencies to administer all this from the federal level, Homeland Security – with over 220,000 employees – is a functioning agency run by one of Obama’s dubious associates.

Beginning with 9/11 – a false-flag operation if ever there was one – the nation has lost one liberty after another, and now we have even lost our most basic right to face our accuser, habeas corpus, that has been part of English speaking law since the 12th century. The president, meanwhile, has taken to himself the right to use our own military against its citizens by voiding Posse Comitatus – enacted in 1887 after the war of northern aggression to alleviate the excesses of the Yankees as they had looted, raped and burned their way from Richmond to Atlanta – and the elimination of almost the entire Bill of Rights through the enactment of the USA Patriot Act, which had essentially been written and ready for enactment for over 15 years before 9/11.

What would it take to instill in a mentally challenged population the willingness to have stripped away what little of our freedoms still exist? A little pre-arranged action to be blamed on Iran would make the neocons very happy, the president could be re-elected, the population induced to war against yet another Middle East nation, then the expansion of more freedom crushing laws, the enactment of national hate laws with the government providing the definition of hate, and there you have it – Soviet America Empire of the 21st century.

Soviet America Empire of the 21st century.

WHAT A SURPRISE- NOT!!

Neoconservative
A political liberal was just a liberal in the 1930s and 1940s, but the reaction to Stalinism prompted a new type of liberal to surface on the political scene, and those liberals supported the Cold War. The term neoconservative was used to describe this group, and many of them were Jewish and emerging intellectuals that lived in New York City. Most of them considered themselves liberal democrats in the 1960s when the New Left or hippie movement in the US became a voice in the movement for American reform.

The first intellectual to embrace neoconservative principles was Irving Kristol, who is considered the godfather of neoconservatives. He wrote about his beliefs in his 1979 book, Confessions of a True, Self-Confessed Neoconservative.

Kristol’s son, William, and Robert Kagan founded the Project for the New American Century in 1997, a think tank based in Washington D.C. which promotes the notion that American leadership is good for the world, and moral, as well. Such leadership, in fact, requires diplomatic energy, military strength and commitment to moral principle.

The other important figure in the early neoconservative movement was Norman Podhoretz, the editor of Commentary Magazine from 1960 to 1965. Podhoretz wrote an article for the New York Times in 1982 titled “The Neoconservative Anguish over Reagan’s Foreign Policy.” That article left no doubt in anyone’s mind; Podhoretz was a staunch member of the neoconservative movement.

In the beginning, neoconservatives were more concerned with domestic policy than foreign policy thus strongly opposed the counterculture movement of the 1960s, which they blatantly called anti-Americanism. The Vietnam War served as the catalyst that separated the Democratic Party into two factions: the anti-war faction and the war-supporting neoconservatives.

Today, neoconservatives advocate the use of American economic and military power to destroy enemies they perceive as threatening to American liberal democracy as well as liberal democracy in other countries. The change of focus initially occurred when the anti-war faction of the Democratic Party took control in 1972 by nominating George McGovern. The neoconservative faction rallied around Senator Henry Jackson and the “second age” of neoconservatism was born from the revolt. The focus was now on the Cold War.

President Lyndon Johnson’s New Left policies pushed the Democratic Party to the left, so the intellectuals in the neoconservative faction became disillusioned with his domestic agenda. Ben Wattenberg’s 1970 book, The Real Majority brought out the point that the majority in the party actually supported social conservatism. The book also warned the party that liberal stances on crime and social issues could be disastrous.

During the 1990s the neoconservative faction opposed the foreign policy decisions made by George H. W. Bush as well as Bill Clinton. Both presidents were criticized for lacking a sense of idealism and reducing military expenditures. Neocons berated both administrations for the lack of moral clarity and the lack of conviction to pursue American strategic interests on the world stage, issuing strategy papers meant to influence these presidents (and others), many of which are posted on the website of the Project for the New American Century.

George W. Bush did not have much support from the neoconservative movement until the September 2001 attacks. Bush awakened a sense of neoconservatism in the entire country when he said the United States should promote liberal democracy around the world. Bush’s case for invading Iraq put neoconservatism center stage and it became evident everywhere. Critics called the movement a unified ideology that sanctioned torture, justified military adventurism and stood behind aggressive Zionism.

Neoconservatism can be seen in the modern era as a philosophy that tried to clothe the power elite’s thrust toward global governance in the drapery of philosophy and government ideology. In fact, those who adhere to neoconservatism are merely obscuring the violent tendencies of Money Power and its drive toward global dominance. Neoconservatism is not really a movement. It is a kind of justification for the totalitarian tendencies of the impossibly wealthy Anglosphere families that control central banks and want to extend their domination, formally, around the world.

This movement toward globalism likely will not succeed. Neoconservatism itself may fade away like the bad dream (and ill wind) that it is.

I, to am from that era of long ago. It seems two lifetimes ago when You didn’t have to have city water, or city septic, when you could order your fuel to heat your home, at a reasonable price, you could afford. When your children could play down the street with friends, in the street. when you could have a dog who played with the children of the area and kept them all safe. My dog, Tippy saved the life of a baby that crawled from a blanket on the lawn to the street. A passing car would have run over that child but my dog pulled it from the street by it’s shirt.
We went to school, every day, to learn, not to show off our clothes or possessions.
Our Teachers, & school employees were our friends, somebody’s mother or Auntie or a friends father.
We could go to the store and if we didn’t have the right ammount of money the clerk would give us the product and tell us to bring the rest when we came in again.
You didn’t lock up the house when you went out the front door or when you went to bed, the windows were always open except in the winter.
We could go buy a gun, but few people I knew had guns, there was no need, except for hunting.
Now, I keep a handgun by my bed and usually within reach during the day.
You see I live near Detroit. Just the other day a 19 year old new mother shot two men who broke in on her & her newborn.
An 87 yr. old Woman was robbed and beaten to death in her home.
Our world has certainly changed.
My dog got loose the other day, and a woman down the street called the cops to come out. A 6ft 275 pound man, to instruct me that he would impound my pound and a half tiny dog. If I didn’t get rid of it.
We should not have so many people telling us what we can and cannot have, do, and spend our money on!
I would like to sell this nice little house and go to Texas or Montana and live in a rural area.
That is the kind of world I grew up in, my dog walked me to school every day, and came to walk me home every evening.
Yes I’m talking about things from 60 years ago.
If you went to see your Grandparents Your Mother put you on a plane, bus or train, the stewardess’, porters, and bus drivers kept an eye on you. But you behaved yourself, no foul language, no disrespect to other people, and help older people if they needed or asked for help.
I really believe Ron Paul would get us back to better times, If big business do a JFK on him!

Man, it’s kind of shocking that you guys (your generation) are still alive. And, that you’re on the internet,… old old People are supposed to be ignorant of technology and unable to use it. That’s the stereotype anyway. All the old old People I knew are long gone, when I read stuff like this, it’s like they are here.

In some ways, it seems like then and now were two different worlds. Of course it also seems like they are one and the same.

I live in the Soviet America Empire of the 21st century!
There, I said it. … I’m not adjusting well to it,… I imagine I’ll be put in the GITMO soon or something for simply writing and not shutting up,…

Is it time to leave?

Also, Bischoff, It appears to me Ron Paul does have a practical plan,… stop being an enabler and stop the bully-thugs from beating People by just saying, “No!”.

He does seem to have political allies, he’s worked with many People on the opposite side of the fence.

You say he has no power to get anything done. Psft, the power of the Presidency is a power in itself. Eliminating previous Executive Orders isn’t a power? And, at the same time, the whole issue is, there shouldn’t be this “power” … obtaining a power over People shouldn’t be a goal. Reducing Power is the goal, and that in itself is a power, an anti-power perhaps?

I fully share the fears. “What would it take to instill in a mentally challenged population to strip away what little of our freedoms still exist?”

That is the very question !!!

This country can survive a Jimmy Carter, a Bill Clinton, a George Bush and a Barack Obama, but it cannot survive a brain dead electorate.

This country could have a chance, if the individual states can force through an amendment to repeal the 17th Amendment. Let’s hope there are some state politicians with inclination and the power to do so.

As it regards the upcoming presidential election, the campaign for the Republican party nomination has Ron Paul saying everything people like to hear about the Constitution and the FED, but he has no practical plan, no political allies, and no power to get anything done. The people who like to listen to him have no realistic view on how to obtain power.

Then there is Mitt Romney, a man without any core believes. He made his money in a private investment fund which depended for its success on the central bank monetary system the FED operates. His campaign money comes largely from the big banks, now that they have become disenchanted with their choice of Baeack Obama the last time around.

Then there is Rick Perry. A Texan who rather likes to govern Texas than govern the USA. His money comes from the American oil majors who establish the value of the USD with support from the Saudis, and who need the support of the U.S. military to secure that value.

There is Rick Santorum, a principled supporter of family values, who appeals to a large portion of the evangelicals. While a sizable portion of the population, evangelicals cannot elect Santorum POTUS.

John Huntsman has all the right qualifications, but for one reason or another Republican voters are suspicious of him, because he served the Obama administration.

That leaves Newt Gingrich. He has shown political skill in taking away power from the Democrats. Republicans under Newt by taking over control of the FED central banking system must have cost lobbying interests billions of dollars. As Speaker of the House, he passed balanced budgets which cut into monetization of debt by the FED. He interfered with the deal making and reelection of certain House members. You certainly make no friends that way. He soon had more troubles on his hands than he could handle, but here he is, still throwing his name around.

The way he shook up Washington the first time, electing him President might not be the worst thing a brain dead electorate could do. It certainly would be better then having Romney run against Obama. What we have with Romney and Obama is a clear choice between Communistic Socialism and Fascistic Socialism. What a choice… …

I admire Newt’s ability to face the media, and phrase a good comeback answer. He thinks quickly, and has a good answer alot of the time. But, Newt is very capable of making the backroom deals, such as the one he pulled after the 1994 Republican wins when he turned over all gov’t employees to the unions within days of becoming Speaker. He well knows how to “compromise”, and is guilty of compromising many principles for the momentary deal. He has also benefited from “consulting fees” for advising Freddie and Fannie on how to streamline their bankrupt operations, and we see how well that has turned out. IMO, Newt is not any better than Romney.

All of the politicians in DC have turned the word “compromise” into a dirty word. If you deal with the devil, you are already in Hell.

IN OTHER WORDS BOLSHAVISM..PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!

NOTE: This is not anti-semitic, it is history from the authors viewpoint.

Excerpt from PP 28-30 of “For My Legionaries” by Corneliu Zelea Codreanu.

This video offers only one example of the heroic actions, and (in this case) small yet significant victory of Corneliu Codreanu against the Bolshevist Jews who were enslaving and destroying his country (Romania). Codreanu is a personal hero of mine, and “For My Legionaries” is the best book I have read on the Jewish Question, government, and just in general.
