The public was not allowed to view the closed exercises, though the military ensured that effort was made to avoid inconvenience for daily routines.

A rash of cheating on exams has driven some schools to implement a drastic measure– the collection of ‘digital DNA’ from students and the issuance of special ID cards for those taking SAT or ACT college entrance tests.

Meanwhile, cheats in government skipped out on more than $3.4 billion in taxes, according to a new report from IRS records. Those records show that employees of the federal government (both current and former) as well as military personnel owed a combined $3,420,168,684 in unpaid taxes.

Oklahoma State Senator Ralph Shortey hopes to stop Pepsi from using aborted fetus cells in soda flavoring research through his proposed legislation. He opposes the use of aborted embryonic cells to create “isolated human taste receptors, and hopes to discourage the research before it becomes common practice. There is a new bill that the United States government has successfully passed. It is called the Stop Online Piracy Act, or (SOPA) for short. Also known as The Protect IP Act of 2011. The US Congressional Budget Office estimates that implementation of the bill would cost the federal government 47 million dollars through 2016. Translated into plain english, It will cost tax payers 47 million dollars over the next 4 years.
The SOPA act will censor you from accessing certain websites and block all access to other areas of the internet that the United States government does not want you to access.

The SOPA act essentually means, that even if you make a video of your child playing or singing and you have music playing in the background, or video on TV, you are breaking the law, and the government will order the websites that host your content to censor your content because of their new bill. Or if you visit websites that are on servers not in the United States you will be blocked so that you cannot access them.

Ask yourselves, Who really owns the internet?

The answer is simple: no one actually owns the Internet, and no single person, organization or government controls the Internet in its entirety. It is more of a concept than an actual tangible entity, and the Internet relies on a physical infrastructure that connects networks to other networks. There are many organizations, corporations, governments, schools, private citizens and service providers that all own pieces of the infrastructure that make up the internet, but there is no one entity that owns it all. How can the US government decide to block access to parts of the internet that the US government does not even own? The SOPA act is a direct violation to people’s right to freedom of knowlege and information, And for that violation the United States government is a disgrace to the land of the free, The free that every United States soldier has fought or died for. The United States government is essentually telling the people of the United States that they are free to do as the government tells them. If people do not follow their rules they will arrest them for making an attempt to learn. But the government will tell the media that these people are getting arrested for acts of treason, domestic terrorism, or internet piracy.
As for the United States government. Who gave you the right to regulate the people’s right to think outside the box and use the internet as they see fit? If we cut off global internet, shouldn’t we also cut off all foreign affairs? Should we hinder globalization completely? Perhaps all other World Trade Centers are acts of terrorism by existing, as they use the Internet for commerce. The ambiguity of this bill should terrify you.

While Charles Ray – the US envoy here [Zimbabwe] – portrays himself as the face of the free world, a champion of human rights and democracy, and has been vociferous about his country’s role in the Libyan invasion, it turns out that just like Vietnam and other illegal wars before it, Libya is turning into a major embarrassment for Uncle Sam.

A report released last week by human rights groups in the Middle East presents extensive evidence of war crimes carried out in Libya by the United States, NATO and their proxy “rebel” forces during last year’s invasion, that culminated in the murder of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

The “Report of the Independent Civil Society fact-finding Mission to Libya” presents findings of an investigation carried out last November by the Arab Organisation for Human Rights, together with the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights and the International Legal Assistance Consortium.

Based on interviews with victims of war crimes as well as with witnesses and Libyan officials in Tripoli, Zawiya, Sibrata, Khoms, Zliten, Misrata, Tawergha and Sirte, the report calls for the investigation of evidence that NATO targeted civilian sites, causing many deaths and injuries.

Civilian facilities targeted by NATO bombs and missiles included schools, government buildings, at least one food warehouse, and private homes.

The report also presents evidence of systematic murder, torture, expulsion and abuse of suspected Gaddafi loyalists by the NATO-backed “rebel” forces of the National Transitional Council. It describes the forced expulsion of the mostly black-skinned inhabitants of Tawergha and the ongoing persecution of sub-Saharan migrant workers by forces allied to the NTC and its transitional government.

The investigators report savage and repeated beatings of prisoners held without trial or charges, the summary execution of pro-Gaddafi fighters, and witness reports of “indiscriminate and retaliatory murders, including the ‘slaughter’ (i.e., throat slitting) of former combatants.”

The report exposes the human rights and democratic pretexts employed by the US, France, Britain and their NATO accomplices to carry out a colonial-style war of conquest. It makes clear that UN Security Council Resolution 1973, imposing a “no-fly zone” and arms embargo on Libya supposedly to protect civilians from repressive actions by Muammar Gaddafi, was in fact used to carry out a ruthless air war waged in co-ordination with “rebel” forces on the ground.

The report suggests that soon after the outbreak of anti-Gaddafi protests in Benghazi and other cities, opposition forces were receiving training from Western armed forces as well as weapons from NATO powers and allied Arab states. Opposition to Gaddafi that erupted last February following the fall of Mubarak in Egypt was rapidly taken into hand by the US, France, Britain and their agents within Libya to launch a pro-imperialist invasion.

As the report states: “From first-hand information available to the Mission, and secondary sources, it appears that NATO participated in what could be classified as offensive actions undertaken by the opposition forces, including, for example, attacks on towns and cities held by Gaddafi forces.

Equally, the choice of certain targets, such as a regional food warehouse, raises prima facie questions regarding the role of such attacks with respect to the protection of civilians.”

The report gives only the palest picture of a brutal onslaught whose purpose was to turn the clock back 43 years to the conditions that prevailed under the US-UK stooge King Idris, who turned the country’s oil resources over to American and British conglomerates and allowed the two powers to maintain large military bases on Libyan soil. The mass destruction and killing, which culminated in the levelling of Sirte and lynching of Gaddafi, make the UN-sanctioned claims of a war for “human rights” and the “protection of civilians” not only absurd, but obscene.

The rape of Libya was the Anglo-Saxons response to the revolutionary uprisings that ousted long-time pro-Western regimes in Tunisia and Egypt, two countries that border Libya. The aim of the invasion was to impose complete control on the country’s oil resources, divert and suppress the growth of working class struggles throughout North Africa and the Middle East, and deal a blow to China and Russia, which had established close economic relations with the Gaddafi regime.

The war destroyed Libya. The NTC – an unstable coalition of ex-Gaddafi regime officials, Islamists, including some with links to Al Qaeda, and Western intelligence assets – itself estimates that the invasion claimed 50,000 lives and injured another 50,000. Rising infighting between the NTC’s factions is opening the door to full-scale civil war between rival clan-based and regional militias.

Just this weekend, amid warnings from NTC Chairman Mustafa Abdel Jalil of looming civil war, a crowd demanding the resignation of the transitional government forced its way into the NTC’s headquarters in Benghazi. Abdel Hafiz Ghoga, the vice president of the NTC, promptly resigned.

The report on US-NATO war crimes is also a further indictment of the assortment of “left” parties, intellectuals and academics who parroted the human rights pretexts of Washington and NATO and thus gave open or backhanded support to the invasion of Libya.

And still, the so-called International Criminal Court is deafeningly silent.

Doctors Without Borders says it halts work in Libyan city’s prisons because of torture

BENGHAZI, Libya — Doctors Without Borders has suspended its work in prisons in the Libyan city of Misrata because it said torture was so rampant that some detainees were brought for care only to make them fit for further interrogation, the group said Thursday.

The announcement was compounded by a statement from Amnesty International saying it has recorded widespread prisoner abuse in other cities as well, leading to the death of several inmates.

The allegations, which come more than three months after former leader Moammar Gadhafi was captured and killed, were an embarrassment to the governing National Transitional Council, which is struggling to establish its authority in the divided nation.

Doctors Without Borders said that since August, its medical teams have treated 115 people in Misrata who bore torture-related wounds, including cigarette burns, heavy bruising, bone fractures, tissue burns from electric shocks and kidney failure from beatings. Two detainees died after being interrogated, the group’s general director said.

“Patients were brought to us in the middle of interrogation for medical care, in order to make them fit for further interrogation. This is unacceptable,” MSF general director Christopher Stokes said in a statement. “Our role is to provide medical care to war casualties and sick detainees, not to repeatedly treat the same patients between torture sessions.”

Libya’s Western-backed leadership, which has sought to assure the world of its commitment to democracy and human rights, has acknowledged that some prisoners held by revolutionary forces have been abused. It insisted the mistreatment was not systematic and pledged to tackle the problem.
But the transitional government has been unable to rein in the dozens of militias that arose during the war and have been reluctant to disband or submit to central authority.

Amnesty International said in a statement issued Thursday that it has met with a number of detainees in Tripoli, Misrata, and Gharyan who showed visible marks indicating torture, including open wounds on the head, limbs, back and other parts of the body. A number of detainees spoke to Amnesty about beatings with electric cables and metal chains, and they reported being suspended in contorted positions and given electric shocks.

The London-based group said the torture and mistreatment, mostly against suspected Gadhafi loyalists and sometimes foreign nationals from sub-Saharan African countries, is carried out by officially recognized military and security bodies as well as by a number of armed militias operating outside any legal framework. The group said several detainees died in custody from torture, detailing the death of at least two detainees.

Britain, which played a key role in the NATO-led air campaign that helped revolutionary forces overthrow Gadhafi, urged the new regime to “live up to the high standards they have set themselves.”
“They need to ensure a zero tolerance policy on abuse. We are concerned about these reports and are taking them up with the Libyans as a matter of urgency,” British Prime Minister David Cameron’s office said in a statement.

The head of Amnesty International told The Associated Press the mistreatment of detainees in Libya showed the need for the international community to keep helping the country in its difficult transition. “It’s not just a matter of sending in troops and then getting out again. Libya needs long term assistance,” Salil Shetty said.

Stokes, of the MSF, told The Associated Press that those subjected to torture include ex-combatants and people accused of theft and looting.

“There is a significant number of people with darker skin, but there is really a wide mix,” he said. “Whatever the motives, it is unacceptable to do this to human beings.”

The interrogations were carried out by Libya’s National Army Security Service at facilities outside the detention centers, MSF said in a statement.

The group, which operates in prisons but not interrogation centers, said it contacted authorities in Misrata, the port city that saw some of the fiercest fighting of the war, to demand an end to the abuse, but it received no official response, prompting MSF to halt its operations in the city’s detention centers.

MSF said it will continue its support in Misrata hospitals and schools in addition to providing assistance to African migrants, refugees and internally displaced people in and around Tripoli.

In its statement, MSF said the most alarming case was on Jan. 3, when MSF doctors treated a group of 14 detainees returning from an interrogation center. It said nine of the detainees had numerous injuries, including broken arms and renal failure, and displayed obvious signs of torture.

Stokes said his group has informed the National Army Security Service that a number of patients needed to be transferred to hospitals for urgent and specialized care. All but one of the detainees were deprived of further medical care and hospitalization, and instead taken back to interrogation centers.
“Some of them couldn’t even stand up, they were so badly beaten,” he said.

“Several detainees have died after being subjected to torture in Libya in recent weeks and months amid widespread torture and ill-treatment of suspected pro-Gaddafi fighters and loyalists,” Amnesty said.

“The torture is being carried out by officially recognized military and security entities, as well as by a multitude of armed militias operating outside any legal framework,” the statement reads.

Medecins Sans Frontieres has suspended its work in Libya’s third-largest city Misrata over similar claims.

The group says it encountered formidable obstacles it could not overcome. Burns from electric shocks and cigarettes, heavy bruising and renal failure — all this, evidence of continuing torture of prisoners, the organization says.

When two more inmates died after beatings, the international group halted its mission in protest.

Detainees held by Libyan rebels being tortured: UN

Detainees from Libya’s civil war held by revolutionary brigades continue to be subjected to torture despite efforts by the provisional government to address the issue, the UN human rights chief said on Wednesday.

Navi Pillay told the UN Security Council she was extremely concerned about thousands of prisoners, most of them accused of being loyalists of the toppled government of late Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi and many from sub-Saharan Africa.

“The lack of oversight by the central authorities creates an environment conducive to torture and ill-treatment,” Pillay said. “My staff have received alarming reports that this is happening in places of detention that they have visited.”

She said it was urgent that all Libya’s detention centers be brought under control of the Libyan Ministry of Justice and the General Prosecutor’s Office, and that detainees be screened so that they could be freed or receive a fair trial.

LIBYA’S regular army and array of militias have been torturing loyalists of slain dictator Muammar Gaddafi.

Human rights groups made the charge yesterday, adding that several of the Gaddafi supporters have died in custody.

Amnesty International said that despite promises, Libya’s new rulers have made “no progress to stop the use of torture”, as Doctors Without Borders suspended its work in the third-largest city Misrata over similar claims.

Their accusations come after a top UN official raised concerns that militias composed of former rebels who helped topple Gaddafi were posing an increasing security risk as they repeatedly clashed with each other.

“Several detainees have died after being subjected to torture in Libya in recent weeks and months amid widespread torture and ill-treatment of suspected pro-Gaddafi fighters and loyalists,” London-based Amnesty said in a statement.

To ensure Israel’s security, Mitt Romney will work closely with Israel to maintain its strategic military edge… With regard to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Mitt Romney will… reduce assistance to the Palestinians if they continue to pursue United Nations recognition or form a unity government that includes Hamas.”[17]

“Over the past three years, President Obama has… chastened Israel. He’s insulted its Prime Minister. And he’s been timid and weak in the face of the existential threat of a nuclear Iran.”[18]

War against Iran

One of Romney’s campaign ads claims that “violent, radical Islamist fundamentalism” is “this century’s nightmare.” Romney pledged to “increase the military by 100,000 troops.”[19]

“As the world’s greatest power, the United States will strive to set the international policy agenda, create a predictable economic and security environment that enables other countries to develop policies that are in conformity with our own… While America should work with others to advance our interests and values, America will always reserve the right to act alone to protect our vital interests.”[20]

“Mitt Romney believes that it is unacceptable for Iran to possess a nuclear weapon… In his first 100 days, [he will] make clear that the military option is on the table by ordering the regular presence of an aircraft carrier task force in both the Eastern Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf region simultaneously. He will also begin talks with Israel to increase military coordination and assistance and enhance intelligence sharing.”[21]

Civil Liberties

“Governor Mitt Romney raised the prospect of wiretapping mosques and conducting surveillance of foreign students in Massachusetts, as he issued a broad call yesterday for the federal government to devote far more money and attention to domestic intelligence gathering.”[22]

Romney supported the Patriot Act, federal wiretapping, and other post-9/11 measures that violate Constitutional rights and freedoms.

“As President, on my first day in office, I will issue an executive order directing the US Embassy in Israel to be moved to Jerusalem as provided for in the legislation I introduced in Congress in 1995… The United States should explicitly reject the concept of a right of return for Palestinian refugees.”[2]

On January 6, 2012, Gingrich’s super PAC received a $5 million contribution from Sheldon Adelson, a billionaire with close ties to the far right in Israel. Adelson publicly approved of Gingrich’s statement that Palestinians are an ‘invented people.’[3]

War against Iran

Bombing Iranian nuclear sites, as some suggest, is “a fantasy,” he said, because many are underground. Instead, the United States must seek “regime change” in Tehran.[4]

“Unless they unilaterally disarm their entire system, we are going to replace [the Iranian] regime. We’re ideally going to do it non-militarily, but we are not going to tolerate an Iranian nuclear weapon.”[5]

“We need a strategy, as Rick Santorum was saying, of being honest about radical Islam and designing a strategy to defeat it wherever it happens to exist.”[6]

“The United States is ‘about where we were in 1946’ up against the Soviet Union, he said recently,” suggesting a possible decades-long Cold War with the Muslim world.[7]

“We are engaged in a long war against radical Islamism… a powerful and organized ideology within Islamic thought that is totally incompatible with the modern world.”[8]

On the PATRIOT Act: “I think looking at it carefully and extending it and building an honest understanding that all of us will be in danger for the rest of our lives… I’d look at strengthening it, because I think the dangers are literally that great.”[9]

“The position that we should hold [in Israel/Palestine] is that we should be on neither side… Even though Israel did the invading of Gaza, we, the United States, will be blamed for it. And there’s some truth to this, because Israel depends on us… and they really got a green light from our administration… It just means that we have just antagonized the Muslim Arab world even more so than ever before, and unfortunately we’ll suffer the consequences of this.”[32]

“Our policies of intervention and manipulation in Iran and Iraq and other places have led to unintended consequences and have not made Israel safer. Many in the Jewish community share my opinion, and it’s vital for both nations that we continue to have an open dialogue.”[33]

“I would treat [Israel/Palestine] like the rest of the world. I’d want to be friends. I wouldn’t want to interfere. I wouldn’t send money. I would let people sort out their problems.”[34]

War against Iran

“We’re involved in wars in Afghanistan, we’re escalating the war there. We’re pretending the war is over in Iraq, which it is not, and it’s draining us. It’s draining us emotionally, certainly it’s draining us financially, and as this whole area blows up, where are we even going to get the funds to keep this militarism going? And yet nobody in Washington’s really considering… cutting back on the world empire.”[35]

Ron Paul told Iowa voters in December that he would not launch a preemptive strike on Iran because “they don’t threaten our national security.”[36]

Regarding war against Iran, Paul said in a GOP debate in November, “I’m afraid what’s going on right now is similar to the war propaganda that went on against Iraq.”[37]

Civil Liberties

“Everything we have done in response to the 9-11 attacks, from the Patriot Act to the war in Iraq, has reduced freedom in America.”[38]

If elected, Ron Paul pledges to “guarantee our intelligence community’s efforts are directed toward legitimate threats and not spying on innocent Americans through unconstitutional power grabs like the Patriot Act” and “prevent the TSA from forcing Americans to either be groped or ogled just to travel on an airplane and ultimately abolish the unconstitutional agency.”[39]

“I think the Patriot Act is unpatriotic because it undermines our liberty… our early founders were very clear. They said, don’t be willing to sacrifice liberty for security… You can still provide security without sacrificing our Bill of Rights.”[40]

News Media Policy.
My introduction and my efforts to run for any political position in NH is controlled by news media policy to protect the public from someone like me that a special class in this civilized society of NH tells the public that I am a danger. It is the peoples Constitutional right to decide the uncensored truth from what the individual candidate has to say. To have a news media that blocks the citizens of NH from being informed voters freely and with out editorial control is the basic foundation of what our forefathers built the USA on. I am a 100% disabled US Marine with four service connected disabilities. I may not be the best choice to be on the Oyster River School board but that should be a majority of the voters that de…cide. The News Media can claim my letters are libelous but they are read world wide on the web every day because they are factual and the truth. I volunteered several times a week in schools around NH for twenty years until NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for six months under the Patriot Act. The bogus charges were dropped but I could no longer volunteer to help our children. The news media and NH government block the public from my opinion letters to protect public officials with good reputations that have committed criminal acts.
As a volunteer helping a Madbury NH family, we took a case of criminal wrongs to the NH Supreme Court. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to take from local residents for the selectmen’s own personal gain using the trusted power of government. The NH SC refused to hear the case. Governor Lynch made me pay money to speak with him of these government wrongs. I have the receipt but the governor refuses to speak with this voter. The Constitutional crimes and cover-ups by NH trusted government officials from the NH Supreme Court down are sanctioned by the news media to protect that special class of citizens. I ran for NH State Senate last election but the voters were censored to protect the public from a danger being elected. The truth is a powerful weapon as long as Hitler like media control is not implemented to rain power to dominate the uninformed voter.
I have attempted suicide as recently as the other day while in a flashback of my USMC tour. PTSD combined with TBI along with my broken back injury from during a Vietnam Offensive and my loss of hearing from another offensive go untreated as our government stopped my VA medical care to stop my free speech. This is the exact reason the news media was given Constitutional protection as our forefathers saw the need for Freedom of the Press. Using any individual’s health to control is a criminal act that a civilized society cannot tolerate.
This is a letter that may not help me get elected but it is the truth and well-informed voters must be made aware of the complete truth.
I ask for your vote this coming election to teach our children the true meaning of what the USA stands for.

Its not just NH, its everywhere. I ran for office twice and the local media demonized me to no end. The lies, distortions were enough to make one sick. A friend of mine ran for congress a few years ago. She was given a list of questions and Answers from the Jewish Community Center. Prior to tha meeting she was beating the repuke by 10%. At the forum they asked her, “Do you support Israel”. She said, “I am a researcher before I support any foreign government I would have to do research to determine whether or not they needed US aid”. That was the end of her. The next day the zionists started robo calls up and down the state, “so and so will not stand with Israel”. She won the democratic primary but lost to the zionist owned republican. Now how is it possible that zionists and Jews make up 2% of the voting public, yet they control ALL our elections whether city, county, state or federal?

Rick MarinoI suggest several books for those interested in learning how we as American voters have been misled regarding the USA’s involvement with Israel for over 60 years. George Ball was previously the undersecretary to Kennedy and wrote a book “The Passionate Attachment” published in 1992. The book details many of Israel’s actions over the past 50 years and the truth underlying the lies purposefully fed us. For example, Israel knew the USS Liberty was an American vessel before they attacked it so to blind the USA in their effort to violate a cease fire and overruun Golan. Israel’s official response was they thought the vessel was an Egyptian warship. Details in Ball’s book explains otherwise. Eisenhower learned of Israel’s plan to take over the Suez Canal and though could not get Congressional support for fear of reprisal by Israel’s l…obbying groups toward Congressmen, George Ball notes Eisenhower stood toe to toe with Israel on his own. Eisenhower has been the ONLY president up to Bush with the “mojo” to do so. Ball’s book shows the maps of land allotments since the UNSCOP’s “Palestine Mandate” in 1947. For example, there were 1,350,000 Arabs and 650,000 Jewish inhabitants in 1947. Though the Arabs occupied 94% of the land and represented two-thirds of the population at the time, Arabs (Palestinians) were only premitted 44% of the land in the 1947 UN partition plan. Details in book include horrible acts by Israeli commandos such as the Deir Yassin massacre and jeeps backing up in the middle of the night with loud speakers and barrel bombs to roll down the main street and force Palestinians to flee to neighboring lands in the middle of the night. Ball revisits one of the most damaging traitors in US history Jonathan Pollard and how Israel was implicated in his actions.

Unless we as Americans are permitted to know the truth we can never employ our individual convictions of right and wrong to know who to support and when. Our democracy depends on more informed voters making the right decisions for us and no longer for the privileged few amongst us. Seeing as 300 million people are too spineless to do anything about this Zionist takeover of their country , to apathetic to do anything about the Patriot Act and Indefinite Detention , I sincerely hope they can at least tick Ron Paul’s box come election time(it’s the LEAST they can do) ! Profile of a Rogue State

America’s unmatched globally. However, pound for pound, based on size, its policies, and regional threat, Israel stands out.

Daily, its crimes against humanity continue. On January 23, Jerusalem police arrested two Palestinian officials, Khaled Abu Arafeh and Mohammed Totah.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said both men were wanted for unspecified “Hamas activities” with no further comment.

Hamas, of course, is Palestine’s legitimate government. Israel and America spuriously call it a terrorist organization. Hamas spokesman Mushir al-Masri said arresting both men was a “Zionist crime.” Palestine’s parliament hasn’t functioned since Hamas and Fatah split in 2007.

Both men were arrested at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Sheikh Jarrah offices. For the past 18 months, they sought refuge there protesting Israel’s illegal deportation orders after their ID cards were revoked.

Abu Arafah served as Hamas minister for Jerusalem affairs. Totah’s a Hamas PLC representative. Months earlier, Hamas legislator Mahmoud Atoun was arrested. He also sought ICRC refuge.

Hamas parliamentarians are repeatedly targeted. Around two dozen remain imprisoned. Twenty are uncharged under administrative detention. At one time, 40 Hamas PLC members were lawlessly incarcerated for belonging to the wrong party, not any crimes they committed.

On January 19, Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) Aziz Dweik was arrested for alleged terrorist connections. Despite a thinly veiled lie, a military court on January 24 ordered him detained uncharged for six months.

On January 20, lawmaker Khaled Tafesh was arrested and detained at Ofer Prison.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) condemned Israel’s actions. It called them “a plan to undermine the results of the (January 2006) Palestinian legislative elections (and) to abort the Palestinian reconciliations efforts.”

PCHR also called them Fourth Geneva-prohibited collective punishment. It demanded immediate release of those held, strongly condemned storming ICRC’s office, and said doing so violated international humanitarian law.

Israel falsely claimed ICRC’s office has no diplomatic status, making it fair game for Israeli lawlessness.

Israel’s War on Hamas

On January 25, Jerusalem Post writer Khaled Abu Toameh headlined, “Israel has declared war on Hamas in West Bank,” saying:

In the past few days alone, five Hamas PLC members were arrested. “Early Tuesday, IDF soldiers arrested Abdel Jabbar Fukaha, a Hamas legislator, in Ramallah and confiscated documents, a laptop and mobile phones from his home.”

His wife said their son Mujahed was summoned to appear Sunday for interrogation. After serving a four-month sentence, Fukaha was released from Israeli prison in February 2011.

“In a related development, Hamas legislators in Tulkarm said on Tuesday that an Israeli security official phoned them and ordered them to close their office immediately. Fathi Qarawi and Riad Raddad said it was the second threat received in the past month.”

It’s part of an Israeli campaign to destroy Hamas, they believe, adding:

“Israel has declared war on Hamas. But we won’t be deterred and we will continue to fulfill our duties.”

Hamas leaders believe Israel’s trying to sabotage reconciliation with Fatah and foil planned May parliamentary and presidential elections. It wouldn’t be the first time strong-arm Israeli tactics subverted Palestinian elections and other legitimate activities.

Hamas spokesman Mushir al-Masri denounced Israeli’s scheme, saying:

“Israel thinks that the arrests will destroy Hamas’ chances of winning the elections. On the contrary, these measures will only increase (our) popularity.”

He also called on human rights organizations to intervene and pressure Israel to release lawlessly detained “legislators who were elected by the people in a democratic vote.”

Lawless Home Demolitions, Land Theft and Dispossessions

Among other rogue policies, home demolitions and land theft define Israeli repression. On January 23, East Anata’s bedouin compound was bulldozed and destroyed for the fifth time.

The Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) calls it “a living symbol of resistance to Occupation and the desire for justice and peace.”

ICAHD’s Itay Ephshtain said:

“People are somber, traumatized and grief stricken. Nearly 100 people are out in the elements now on a cold night. Children, babies, mothers, fathers. Some of us from ICAHD did try to block the bulldozer, but were beaten back by soldiers.”

In fact, Epshtain was personally beaten and sustained minor injuries.

Called Beit Arabiya, the site was home to Arabiya Shawemreh, her husband Salim and seven children. Their home was previously destroyed four times.

Each time, ICAHD, Palestinians, and international peace activists rebuilt it. Now it’s again gone. On January 23 around 11PM, a bulldozer accompanied by soldiers arrived. Beit Arabiya as well as other residential and agricultural structures in Arab al-Jahalin Bedouin compound were destroyed.

Beit Arabiya initially got a demolition order in 1994. At issue was failing to get a building permit on their own land. ICAHD Director Jeff Halper vowed to help Salim and Arabiya rebuild, saying:

“We shall rebuild. We must rebuild forthwith as an act of political defiance of the occupation and protracted oppression of Palestinians.”

“ICAHD is as determined as always to rebuild the home, and endure in its struggle to bring about justice and peace.”

Salim and Arabiya dedicated their home to Rachael Corrie and Nuha Sweidan. Both women, an American and Palestinian, were murdered resisting Gaza home demolitions.

Weeks earlier on December 6, The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights called on Israel to cease house demolitions, forced evictions, and residency revocations.

ICAHD’s publication “No Home, No Homeland” highlights the issue. It estimates about 26,000 Palestinian homes destroyed since June 1967 for “punitive, land clearing/military, and administrative” reasons.

On Occupied Palestinian land, doing so violates international law. Israel spurns it. As a result, Palestinian suffering continues. Women and children are especially affected. Forced displacement further harms them. ICAHD called 2011 a record year.

World leaders turn a blind eye. Israeli officials are green-lighted to commit crimes with impunity. They take full advantage.

Obama’s “Ironclad” Commitment

In his January 24 State of the Union address, Obama highlighted his unwavering support, saying:

“Our ironclad commitment to Israel’s security has meant the closest military cooperation between our two countries in history.”

Among other ways, it’s reflected in billions in military aid and regular increased amounts. In August 2007, Bush increased it by $6 billion over the next decade. Despite budget constraints, Obama added more.

In FY 2012 alone, an additional $236 million will help develop three Israeli missile programs: Arrow-2, David’s Sling, and Arrow 3. Israel already gets over $3 billion annually, plus unknown add-ons if requested.

“If Americans knew” reports that while Israel gets “at least $8.2 million each day in military aid,” Palestinians get zero.

A Final Comment

On January 22, London Guardian writer Harriet Sherwood headlined, “The Palestinian children – alone and bewildered – in Israel’s Al Jalame” Prison, saying:

Young children are physically and verbally abused. It’s nightmarish. Cell 36 and others like it are “where Palestinian children are locked in solitary confinement for days or even weeks. One 16-year-old” said he’d been isolated for 65 days.

Cells are “barely wider than the thin, dirty mattress that covers the floor. Behind a low concrete wall is a squat toilet, the stench from which has no escape in the windowless room. The rough concrete walls deter idle leaning; the constant overhead light inhibits sleep.”

Low-quality food arrives through door flaps, depriving children of human contact. Brutal interrogations break the monotony. Shackled hands and feet to a chair for hours, they’re questioned.

Most often, their alleged “crime” is stone-throwing. Most deny doing it. Physical and verbal abuse follow. Many face sleep deprivation exhaustion. “Day after day they are fettered to the chair, then returned to solitary confinement. In the end, many sign confessions” in desperation. Later they say they were coerced.

As many as 700 Palestinian children are arrested annually. Some are 10 or younger. Mistreatment is extreme. Emotional trauma results.

According to Nader Abu Amsha, director of Beit Sahour’s YMCA juvenile rehab program:

“(F)amilies think that when (their) child is released, it’s the end of the problem. We tell them (it’s only) the beginning. You see children who are totally broken. It’s painful to see the pain of these children, to see how much they are squeezed by the Israeli system.”

It’s more evidence of rogue Israeli lawlessness. Imprisoned Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti told Maan News that conflict and abuses will continue until Israel ends occupation and withdraws to pre-1967 borders.

He believes Palestinian national unity and nonviolent resistance stand the best chance of achieving it.

Barghouti’s a prisoner of conscience serving five consecutive life sentences plus 40 years for wanting to live free. Free or imprisoned, he symbolizes hope. Supporters hope he’ll be freed one day to lead them.

In 1976, the plan for “Jewish world domination” outlined in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion had been largely realized. Harold Wallace Rosenthal, 29, a personal assistant to New York Senator Jacob Javits felt that Jewish power was so unassailable that he could make some extra cash by telling this story to Walter White Jr., the editor of the Conservative monthly Western Front.

“Too many Jews do not have the guts to tell you how we live and plan, but I am not intimated by anything or anyone,” Rosenthal told White.

“It is too late for your Christian followers to put up a defence. That time is long past. Long, long ago we had to become the aggressors! That is undoubtedly one of our great purposes in life. We are aggressors!”

Rosenthal needed gambling money but his candor cost him his life. On Aug. 12, 1976, he was killed in a foiled skyjacking in Istanbul. Walter White concluded that the incident was a cover for Rosenthal’s murder.

The interview is virulently anti Semitic in the sense that both men characterize this conspiracy as “Jewish” and make many nasty racist generalizations. The vast majority of Jews like other people are unaware of this plot and would oppose it if they were. Jews are as much its unwitting dupes and victims as anyone else.

The Rothschilds set up the Illuminati in 1776 to subvert the Christian basis of Western Civilization. They took over much of Freemasonry and used it to infiltrate all social institutions. Mouthing words like “freedom,” “equality” and “progress,” they are bent on melding family, race, religion, and nation into a malleable anonymous mush. Rosenthal says, “Most Jews do not like to admit it, but our god is Lucifer…and we are his chosen people. Lucifer is very much alive.”

This statement applies to modern culture as a whole. We do not like to admit that our “secular” society is based on a cosmic rebellion against God. Its true satanic character is becoming more evident every day.

INSIGHTS

Rosenthal says the “Jews” have built an earthly empire partly by rejecting Christ’s vision of a spiritual kingdom based on brotherly love. Jewish bankers plan to govern the world from Jerusalem according to their own interests.

He says the Jewish religion is essentially a disguise for a racial imperative. “We can live among other people and states [by] persuading them that the Jews are not a distinct people but the representatives of a religious faith…”

“Jewish” power was created through control of the monetary system.

“Through our national bank, the Federal Reserve, we extend book credit which we create from nothing to all local banks …[Thus] we bring industry, management and labour into our debt…and pit management against labour so they will never unite and attack us and usher in a debt-free industrial utopia.”

Through control of banking, the “Jews” acquired a total monopoly of “the movie industry, the radio networks and the newly developing television media…we took over the publication of all school materials… Even your music! We censor the songs released for publication long before they reach the publishers…we will have complete control of your thinking.”

He boasts that they even implanted a “guilt complex” over the Holocaust and anti Semitism that prevents society from addressing the problem.

“We Jews have put issue upon issue to the American people. Then we promote both sides of the issue as confusion reigns. With their eyes fixed on the issues, they fail to see who is behind every scene. We Jews toy with the American public as a cat toys with a mouse.”

Rosenthal avers that society can only escape this death clutch by violent action not education.

“History has been written in blood, not with ink. No letter, editorial or book has ever rallied the people or stopped tyranny. We understand this principle and are forever propagandizing the people to write letters to the President, to Congress…Woe be unto us if they ever see the futility of it, lay down the pen and employ the sword.”

But Rosenthal is not worried. Alluding to the promotion of feminism and homosexuality, he says:

“We have castrated society through fear and intimidation. Its manhood exists only in combination with a feminine outward appearance. Being so neutered, the populace has become docile and easily ruled. As all geldings…their thoughts are not involved with the concerns of the future and their posterity, but only with the present and with the next meal.”

Rosenthal talks about how a “Jewish” invisible government also controls the USSR, and how the UN is “nothing but a trap door to the Red World’s immense concentration camp.” He says this invisible power is responsible for the wars and revolutions of the last 200 years.

At times the interview seems almost too damning, and we wonder if it is authentic. Why would someone who says he aspires to national prominence allow it to be taped? Couldn’t he be blackmailed? He makes many unflattering and untrue generalizations about Jews, which also seems implausible. At times he veers widely from arrogance to insecurity. At one point, he says Jews have made plans to pack up and flee.

Ultimately you will make up your own mind. I believe the contradictions are due to self-hatred and a subconscious desire for expiation. The interview contains insights only an insider could have. I am referring to the references to Lucifer, race and violent change as examples.

The tone of racial arrogance also rings true. Rosenthal expresses incredulity at the spinelessness and gullibility of the American people. He says a Jew remains a Jew whether he converts to another religion or not. I doubt if Walter White would pull off the kind of stunt he condemns the “Jews” for doing.

CONCLUSION

Walter White seems to think the “Jews” are the “ringleaders” of the Luciferianism cabal known as “Mystery Babylon.” Certainly the Rothschilds are central players but the cast is large and includes many others.

By presenting this information, I am trying to inspire Jews and non-Jews alike to remove the media blindfold and recognize that Luciferians have hijacked humanity and modern culture largely is a fraud designed to disguise this fact.

True culture is based on religion, i.e. a collective commitment to absolute spiritual ideals such as justice, love, beauty and truth. “God is a Spirit and we worship him in Spirit and in Truth,” Christ said. (John 4:24)

We are living in the twilight of Christian culture. We have no genuine ideals to take its place. The elite’s Orwellian doublespeak (“freedom”, “tolerance,” “diversity” and “equality”) is manipulation and mind control.

The decay of parliamentary and representative government can be traced in England and America from the period 1916-1917. If secret men could dictate major acts of American state policy and major operations of British armies, deploying troops from the defence of France to seize Palestine in order to set up an independent state for alien Russian “Jews,” then clearly election and responsible office were terms devoid of meaning.

Let’s start this out with an attention grabber. Out there, somewhere is a photograph of Osama bin Laden and George H. W. Bush, shaking hands in the White House. It exists. There is this and more, so much more, that would make America’s heads spin.

The actual trained journalists around me beat this into my head. OK, here it is.

Those who follow rumors, which means every single one of us, know that former President George H. W. Bush worked with the bin Ladens, a wealthy and respected Saudi family that invests in a group of military companies called The Carlyle Group, headed by many former world leaders.

When Osama bin Laden, the short haired young Saudi millionaire CIA agent visited Bush in the White House, he came there, not just as an important part of our intelligence infrastructure at the end of the Cold War, but as a good friend of George H. W. Bush, a man who was practically an uncle to him.

Wait a minute, wouldn’t that make George “W” Bush Osama bin Laden’s brother? Well, not a real brother, not like Jeb anyway. Bin Laden was taller and better looking and, as the CIA transcript below indicates, certainly better educated and more honest.

We might also add, Osama bin Laden, were he of “that” Bush generation, was a veteran, having risked his life defending the United States against Russia many times.

Does this put the fact that the bin Laden family was evacuated from the United States, the safest place on Earth for them, on 9/12/2001 rather than have any of them interviewed by the FBI in perspective?

A plane load of Israelis left also, had to escape the United States, which had suddenly become terrifyingly dangerous to an entire planeload of trained Mossad agents, supposedly the among the most dangerous people on earth.

Was Bush their uncle too? We wonder.

The cover story is that their son, Osama, went a bit off and began blowing things up. We have secrets that disprove this as a wild conspiracy, or worse, “cover and deception.”

To the CIA and top US officials, Osama bin Laden was Tim Osman, his cover name.

He held an equivalent US military rank, had broad security clearances through the American government and received a salary for decades. Someone has access to his history, to his files. It gets worse, worse than I had known, worse than I had suspected.

I had been asked, after the announcement of the bin Laden killing to reaffirm what General Gul, the foremost expert told me, what I heard from official sources that also briefed General Petraeus and Secretary Clinton (same briefing) to tell the truth.

Osama bin Laden, known by his friends as Tim Osman, spoke English, was always loyal to the US and was deeply trusted by the CIA despite their “bin Laden unit” and the endless hunts for him and a supposedly connected group, the 9/11 hijackers.

Let’s take a second look at the hijackers. Those who knew that a group of Arabs were being trained in the US, some paid by FBI funds, entertained by GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff and said to be planning a new attack on the World Trade Center have suffered for that knowledge.

Well over a year ago, Fox News “outed” this operation, partially at least, with proof that the US government knew about 9/11 in advance. Here is one of the broadcasts but is only part of the story:

What we have since learned is that the evidence brought forward about the attacks was a deception plan for the real attack, which was staged by the US government along with help from Israel.

This transcript makes every word said about bin Laden a lie, every news report, every statement by our presidents and congress, if they lie about this, what else do they lie about? It gets worse, much worse.

CIA files that dozens of members of congress have access to and dozens of journalists have seen introduce these facts:

Osama bin Laden had a cover name, Tim Osmon
Osama bin Laden was brought to the US through the airport in Ontario, California and settled in the San Diego area for a number of years.
He was paid by FBI funds and maintained contact with a number of high ranking individuals that I can name, but the last person doing something similar, is in jail. The names include CIA, US Army, FBI and Department of the Treasury.
Tim Osmon, AKA Osama bin Laden visited the White House on at least one occasion. Staffers there report the visit and witnessed Tim Osmon, yes, we are talking about Osama bin Laden meeting with George Herbert Walker Bush in the White House.
This is a fully confirmed report.
While bin Laden is accused of 9/11, others working in the White House tell us that Richard Clarke, managed secret projects for the Bush administration and Pentagon prior to 9/11 that puts his picture on the “wanted list” where bin Laden never belonged.

OTHER THINGS
The president mentioned during his State of the Union address that congress should pass laws outlawing “insider trading.” If any other American were to do it, they would go to jail. Hundreds having committed crimes that members of congress commit every day are in federal prison.

On national television, the President of the United States announced that many members of congress are criminals and asked that they rescind the laws they passed that allow them to commit criminal acts and avoid prosecution.

Insider trading would cause members of congress to act against the interests of the American people and for corporations. It would also turn members of congress into, not just millionaires, but full-fledged members of criminal organizations.

If you just watched the video, you saw the president tell congress to stop being criminals. They applauded as though they wanted to stop stealing. I nearly fell off my chair.

First of all, I thank any person in Washington who tells the truth, which Obama did. But at the end of the broadcast, using laws on the books, 80% of the people sitting behind the desks, in the good seats, including members of the US Supreme Court, should have been arrested and jailed.

Congress does not have the right to pass laws that legalize criminal acts on their own part.

They did it !!

You heard about it. This isn’t even close to the beginning and there are still people who believe that airplanes knocked down the World Trade Center or who don’t know the movie, “Flight 93″ was, every single word of it, a total fiction.

Top US officials have actually come to me asking where I think the plane went and what happened to the passengers. I told them. It was a guess. They wanted my guess. You don’t get that guess today.

Here is another way of looking at it. Only the President of the United States has authority to pardon or commute sentences for those convicted of or seeking immunity from federal prosecution.

In passing legislation that abrogates that right, legalizing violations of federal law by members of the legislative branch, the number of unconstitutional acts involved is almost countless.

Not only does this overrule separation of powers as outlined in the constitution, it is, in itself, a usurpation, it essentially turns any authority empowered with the protection of the constitution, with or without writ of mandamus, that fails to act, into a party to criminal activity.

DRUGS, A CONGRESSIONAL FRANCHISE

Actually, it goes further than congress. One presidential candidate, a very wealthy one, uses his “offshore accounts” to launder drug money. The only reason for the offshore accounts is to take drug profits, by truck, into Mexico, paying off
customs officials on both sides of the border and moving the money into secret corporate accounts in the Cayman Islands.

“Ah…I think we need a faster process.”
Not one scrap of information has been submitted on these accounts, where the money came from or how much is there. It could be $75 billion or more.

There isn’t one scrap of evidence it was “earned,” in fact, were it earned, it couldn’t be in Cayman accounts. There would be a trail of taxes and clear evidence of investments or business enterprises which simply don’t exist.

Several years ago, Colonel Eugene Khrushchev, former First Secretary representing both the Soviet Union and Russian Republic in Kabul came to me with a story.

He said that Richard Hollbrooke, the top US official in Afghanistan was, in fact, managing the world’s largest drug empire. Hollbrooke is dead now but the drugs continue to flow, $80 billion per year.

Others worked to find how Afghanistan went from a few hundred pounds of opium paste per year to tons of heroin flown around the world by private airlines contracted to the CIA.

Then we found irrigation projects, paid for at Hollbrooke’s request, costing millions, that watered opium poppies.

Then we found agricultural programs under USAID that moved opium production to areas more suited for that plant, upping production. We even found the US aiding Afghanistan in buying shiploads of fertilizer to increase opium production.

Then, an investigative reporter came to me with evidence that current and former members of congress, some involved in organizations supposedly supporting a peaceful settlement in Afghanistan were, in actuality, importing chemicals used to convert opium to much more valuable heroin.

These efforts received full US government subsidies and protection and, in addition, paid taxes to the Taliban.

This is going on today.

JOHN KIRIAKOU, CIA AGENT UNDER ARREST
The US isn’t allowed to torture. The CIA isn’t allowed to invent lies to push the US government into wars because members of that organization are spies for a foreign government or are receiving financial gain.

Many members of the CIA and other intelligence agencies are actually foreign nationals and active member of foreign intelligence agencies whose goals are inconsistent with the welfare of the United States. Reporting this can and will get an honest CIA agent imprisoned.

When people talk about disbanding the CIA and starting all over again, they aren’t talking through their hats. We wish the current director, former General Petraeus, an oddly able person, luck with dealing with this problem.

He will do nothing. He can’t afford being accused of anti-Semitism, which is the direct threat he is currently under. He is very aware of this.

Congress demands that he never “clean house,” no matter how many in the CIA are disloyal to the United States.

What am I saying? Simply put, there are serious inconsistencies between many Israeli policies and the broader welfare of the United States, yet Israeli citizens are, to a large extent, in official policy making positions as paid employees of US intelligence and security organizations.

These are the individuals responsible for much of what you read above, very real proof of foreknowledge of 9/11 and to many, a trail of suspicion, backed by increasing hard evidence, now a deluge, that “foreknowledge” was actually “full complicity.”

How can Kiriakou be arrested for reporting criminal acts, unless you consider the withdrawal from the ICC (International Criminal Court) by the US as protection from crimes committed by Americans on the sovereign territory of signatory nations.

From a legal standpoint, the arrest of Kiriakou is complicity after the fact in war crimes and warrants can be issued by any signatory nation against any authority involved, which, in this case, is the Central Intelligence Agency and the United States Department of Justice, their directors, legal staff and participating enforcement officers. This includes judges. They will be unable to travel outside the US.

THE UNFOLLOWED TRAIL
Yesterday, Dr. Jim Fetzer and I talked for hours. We talked much about the Kennedy killings and how TV shows try to depict the impossible act of shooting President Kennedy with a broken rifle through the middle of a tree in full bloom was beyond any imagination.

Real life demonstrations all failed, the last by Jesse Ventura.

TV stars do it all the time, on NCIS, on Bones, shots those of us who could shoot skeet with a pistol could never make.

What does this prove? It tells me that the hopeless coverup of the murder of John and Robert Kennedy, tied to Vietnam, tied to Israeli nuclear weapons and tied to the infamous Federal Reserve System, is still an industry with backers who some would believe were “Hollywood liberals.”

We know them as traitors who still need to cover up a 50 year old crime, media powers that fictionalize history as they fictionalize our news.

LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL
Many of the things covered by President Obama, not enough things I admit, but many, would restore confidence and some legality to federal authority that is, in all probability, totally absent now.

Current monies held by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, ordered released recently, are sufficient to impact the US economy, cut unemployment by 40% and reduce our national debt.

These monies, according to documents filed in federal court this week, have, with the tacit approval of the Chairman of the Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, been illegally used as collateral by major banks.

In 2007, a federal suit was filed to recover $4.3 trillion USD stolen by Goldmann Sachs by the Bush Administration. A settlement was reached and the monies are to be returned.

Some of the language of that lawsuit will be included in the exhibits below.

Please note: Goldman Sachs went to the Bush administration, straight to Paulson who had secretly lent them, tax free and interest free, $4.5 trillion dollars, and asked for a federal “bail out.”

He authorized it, just as he had authorized the illegal loan of money that was never his to lend in the first place.

Goldman Sachs never carried this on their books nor any of the profits, estimated at over $15 trillion dollars. It was all laundered overseas while American taxpayers covered imaginary losses engineered by our own Secretary of Treasury.

Two billion dollars of these monies are earmarked for funding housing for American veterans, monies that are still being withheld despite payment order. Even United States Marshalls can’t seem to pry money out of Goldmann Sachs even with a Federal Court order:

So, we have, nearly 6 years ago, proof that China transferred $4.5 trillion dollars to the US, part of a fund to be used to finance public projects and reduce national debt and build a nationwide high speed rail system which would employ 400,000 Americans.

In the interim, who has been using this money?

Current court estimates indicate the value with interest at $7.2 trillion dollars, half the entire national debt.

The real question, of course, is how many trillions of dollars of profit was made by the banks who were allowed to borrow this money at no interest, enough to finance hundreds, perhaps thousands of trillions of dollars in transactions and untold profit.

These same banks claimed they were broke and had to be bailed out by the US government, begging trillions while hiding the fact they had been given the free use of trillions in illegal wealth from China, funding now proven to belong to Ameritrust and designated for rebuilding America.

THE STORY
As President Obama mentioned in the video above, the American people are increasingly separating themselves from their government. Washington is looked on as a den of inequity, the center of all that is wrong in the world, a heart even darker than Wall Street.

As for “insider trading,” few know what it means. Members of congress, not only profit from the companies they award government contracts to but are regularly awarded “stock options” which profit them billions, by authorizing the traditional “$600 toilet seat” times a million.

They wasted the future of America for their own enrichment, sucking the lifeblood of America and hiding behind illegal laws, crooked judges and a Justice Department that is required, we are told, to look the other way because congress is above any law.

As for Ameritrust and China, we find that members of the Bush regime personally authorized the lending an no interest of trillions of dollars of money that wasn’t theirs.

How were they repaid? What we find, of course, is that the famous names of that period are investors and board members everywhere we look.

It has been a decade of thievery hidden behind the War on Terror, all done while American soldiers not only died, but were sent on missions to kidnap, torture and murder.

When those same soldiers returned, unprepared for anything but suicide, homelessness or murdering their own families, something that has happened more times than anyone could imagine, the trillions in profits made off their destruction are too busy filling foreign bank accounts, those “Mitt Romney” accounts, to do any good.

When $2 billion is given to American veterans, they find it illegally lent to Goldman Sachs by former Treasury Secretary Paulson. How do we get it back? I have some ideas.

If you have not caught on yet, a war is about to start. This huge grand larceny is just a beginning string to pull. In countries all over the world similar financial scams have been going on that have stolen more money and caused more suffering than a huge war.

I have some ideas too and they harken back to 1967, when the Republican representative from Iowa, H.R. Gross rose up in the House and asked, “Is this Government now, directly or indirectly, subsidizing Israel in the payment of full compensation for the lives that were destroyed, the suffering of the wounded, and the damage from this wanton attack [on the USS LIBERTY]? It can well be asked whether these Americans were the victims of bombs, machine gun bullets and torpedoes manufactured in the United States and dished out as military assistance under foreign aid.”

By November 1967, lawmakers were willing to spend six million USA tax dollars to build schools in Israel but during the debate, Representative Gross rose up again and introduced an amendment stating “not one dollar of U.S. credit or aid of any kind [should] go to Israe…l until there is a firm settlement with regard to the attack and full reparations have been made [and Israel] provides full and complete reparations for the killing and wounding of more than 100 United States citizens in the wanton, unprovoked attack…I wonder how you would feel if you were the father of one of the boys who was killed in that connection-or perhaps you do not have any feelings with respect to these young men who were killed, wounded and maimed, or their families.”

Gross’s amendment was shot down and justice remains delayed as American tax payers continue to support the Zionist State which has reaped a more violent and insecure planet for innocent civilians; but this candidate for US HOUSE of Representatives is on the record that if I am elected, among my first acts of Congress will be to invite all the LIBERTY Vets who want to speak on the Record as to what they experienced that day in infamy when LBJ Administration failed to support the troops, should be welcomed in the House for the good of the nation and as way of repentance for being ordered to shut up because LBJ didn’t want to “embarrass an ally.”See More

There are already 50 operating (well operating in most cases) countries making up the USA. All they need to do is remove themselves from the Federal Government. One at a time, or all at once is not relevant. Take California for instance. If California removed itself from the Federal Gov, and collected all the Fed taxes that their citizens now pay to the Federal Government, they would go from a nightmare economy to a utopian society over night. All it takes is a few strokes of a few pens. The Fed Gov is in no position to send troops to CA like the North did to the Southern States circa 1860. A stroke of a few pens and it is a done deal. The US Government has made the lives of US citizens a million times more miserable than any terrorist could even dream of. Everybody in the world knows what’s going down in the USA, but nobody has any power to stop the rogue USA Government. If you have all this experience, then you should know about the corruption and Hong Kong, from the top down. Apparently you have never seen a Chinese Director, good person, being forced to take corruption monies, from ministry leader and corrupt executives, $50K cash payments, in complete fear. Knowing that if they take the money and are caught, they will be shot, executed. And if they don’t the ministry leader will take action against him, or wealthy sales agent related to the minister.

It’s not about China, it’s the organized corruption that damages both U.S. and Chinese people’s, and you seem to be clueless about this real world.

The balance in nature is complex subject matter, the differences in people and ideology is how improvement in life and sustainability was achieved throughout time. It’s through these differences and ideology, that people’s lives were improved and sustained, and if such were not, an in balance occurs. The result of this in balance is degradation, and the result of prolonged degradation is inexistence. Achievement is not owned by one, but the result of many, and when many are removed from this process, nothing is achieved. Think about this, it’s far to complex then the riddle above.

Ever hear of Peter Beter? I had no idea this guy existed. I’m still not 100% sure he existed because there is so little proof. Beter claimed that the US had been infiltrated by Soviets and that the US lost the Cold War. The reason I believe that is because it seems that behind the scenes Reagan and Gorbachev were best buds (I’m exagerrating a little). Have you ever seen the Soviet Space Shuttle? The Buran? Abandoned because it sucked more or less. It was nearly identical to the US Space Shuttle. The physical design, Soviet markings aside, was indistinguishable. It’s not exactly a high-tech aerodynamic design. They either stole it and reverse engineered it, or they shared some info. The US went with it and wasted money (and two shuttles and a bunch of astronaut lives) on a crap design, the USSR canned it. That’s besides the point.

Anyways, the neocons want a war against the East. Perhaps for revenge or something. Everything seems very East vs. West with the goal of destroying the US Empire being tops on the agenda.

There are a lot of names in the court filing (63 pages) are in the court filings, and it will all role out. But as I have mentioned many times before, we need our own army to push it through as they still have major blocking muscle and lots of tales probably that they can tell on people. So many just want to keep their heads down and hopefully still be in the game when it is all over.

Remember Want came from Treasury, and was comptroller of the Pentagon as one of his jobs. Following where the money goes is something he knows a little bit about. He is a hero in the Cold War Intel community, those that knew…for bringing the Soviet economy down by crashing the ruble, and as sorely rewarded.

What we have here is the perfect foil for all the corruption in government. All he has wanted was to give this money to the American people, as they got bled all that money in Cold War defense spending due to Uncle Joe. If all that money had gone into infrastructure back then…can you just imagine what we would have now that we don’t????

The criminals (firms, individuals, representatives) who are offering these “Inside Transactions” to Congress are using the public’s money to subsidize Congress. The profitable trade information and position executions the Congress gets would otherwise go to other investors. Therefore as in the case in 2003 with the “Mutual Funds” offering advantages to hedge funds (involving large overnight trades in U.S. vs foreign Markets) and which cost them many $ Billions (here in the U.S. and I worked at one of the key firms , but was not involved), it’s stealing and illegal.

Already proven, fined, prosecuted in 2003 and 2004, same type offense. I would say highly illegal, even if they (Congress) have some minor legal protection from the law. The security laws, are very specific on this behavior.

The firms, giving out these free bennie’s (key trades) have their own set of “Legal Obligations” seperate from the people in Congress: these obligations:

1.) Full Disclosure of all relevant facts, that any reasonable person would consider important (Prudent Man Rule)

2.) Due diligence in accessing the investment and basis for recommendation in accordance with Rule 405 “Know Your Client”

3.) Failure to Supervise. The Obligation by management all the way up the chain of command, to follow 1 and 2 above, and insist on it for those they manage.

These should be enough to stop the firms from doing it.

@foo, with every single MSM “news outlet” showing the “planes” hitting the towers, to suggest that controlled demolition was a “supplement to the hijackings” is ambiguos at best. That statement could just as easily refer to “remote controlled hijackings” as anything else. Point is, “controlled demolition” is acknowledged. Which in and of itself discounts the “official narrative” on the events of 9/11.

Not enough speculation to indict Susan’s account in my opinion. I believe her experience, firsthand, trumps others theories/hypothesis. IMO. My guess is that ‘her’ time in “lockup” wasn’t due to adding credibility to the LIE.

September 11 — US Government Accused
A Portugal- based investigative journalist has presented THE NEWS with a version of the 9/11 attacks that has to date failed to attract the attention of the international press. The report, compiled by an independent inquiry into the September 11th, World Trade Centre attack, warns the American public that the government’s official version of events does not stand up to scrutiny.

A group of military and civilian US pilots, under the chairmanship of Colonel Donn de Grand after deliberating non-stop for 72 hours, has concluded that the flight crews of the four passenger airliners, involved in the September 11th tragedy, had no control over their aircraft.

In evidence given to the enquiry, Captain Kent Hill (retd.) of the US Air Force, and friend of Chic Burlingame, the pilot of the plane that crashed into the Pentagon, stated that the US had on several occasions flown an unmanned aircraft, similar in size to a Boeing 737, across the Pacific from Edwards Air Force base in California to South Australia. According to Hill it had flown on a pre-programmed flight path under the control of a pilot in an outside station.

Captain . . . Hill maintained that the four airliners must have been choreographed by an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). This system can engage several aircraft simultaneously by knocking out their on-board flight controls. He said that all evidence points to the fact that the pilots and their crews had not taken any evasive action to resist the supposed hijackers. They had not attempted any sudden changes in flight path or nose-dive procedures — which led him to believe that they had no control over their aircraft.

Exactly what percentage of Israel should be black African? 5%, 10%, 90%? We all know they’re in need of some cultural vibrancy, that Tel Aviv is as “hideously Jewish” as most of rural Britain and America is “hideously white”.

Who decides how black African Israel should be? I put it at 20% myself (rising to 30% within a generation, 50% within two generations… you get the picture).

Listen to this fable. A man was lying in bed, tired and tormented. Tired because it was the early hours and yet he could not sleep; tormented because the cause of his tiredness was a mosquito, lurking somewhere in the darkness that would sporadically make its presence known by homing in on the man’s head, its whining buzz ringing in his ear. Try as he might, the man could not find any rest. Covering his head with the bed sheet only made him hot and breathless, the clammy discomfort made all the worse because of the climate.

Furthermore there was the hateful, capricious presence of his tormentor. Just when tiredness was overcoming the man, luring him to sleep, his tormentor would descend with its wicked whining on the other side of the sheet. Jolted by the sound, the man’s irritation would surge again, knowing that another hour of sleeplessness would have to pass.

His mind began to wander into squeamish thoughts. If he submitted to his tormentor’s desires by throwing off the sheet from his head, gaining some air to breathe and some badly craved minutes of sleep, then the mosquito would as sure as hell take its toll. The man pictured the ruthless parasite gorging on his blood while sleeping. He was nauseated by the idea of an alien creature being able to violate his skin with impunity and dipping into the well of his lifeblood, sucking his body’s vital fluid until its spindly belly became grotesquely bloated. The horribleness of the process disgusted him, terrorized him.

But also the squalid, gratuitous relationship filled him with anger. All at once his anger redoubled because he then realized that he – a man – had wasted so much of his precious rest time cowering under a sheet intimidated by an inferior speck of an insect, which in daylight he recalled is actually a very ungainly, insipid kind of creature that can easily be captured and crushed.

The man wasn’t yet working to a premeditated plan. Angry and exasperated, now fully awake, he simply decided to throw off the sheet and enjoy the cooling air. Lying full-square on his back, at first he felt a certain amusement from his petty show of defiance. What he would do next, wasn’t quite in his consciousness. He was just for the moment merely taking in fresh air.

Then out of the blackness, it came again, the wicked whining. Louder than ever, it seemed, the tormentor was drilling towards his bare face. But this time the man did not shirk or take shelter under the sheet. It was probably a mixture of irritation and anger that made his hands snap together in reflex, not consciously. He was surprised by his own quick, powerful action. And what was even more surprising to him was the subsequent silence. At first hardly believing his luck at catching his tormentor in pitch darkness, he then became elated by the sustained silence that meant that the torment was over. He had at last acquired rest and he luxuriated in the satisfaction of earning it. To be sure, in the scheme of things it was only a small victory, but nevertheless the man allowed himself the pleasure of knowing that he had asserted his will deliberately, purposefully for the comfort and peace of his mind and body. No longer would he be subjugated by a fiend. Henceforth, or at least for the rest of the night, this man would be the subject of his own fate.

The parasitical nature of late capitalism in the early 21st century is beyond comparison to a pest such as the mosquito. The lifeblood sucked from the body of society by a tiny ruling elite is oceans in volume by comparison; the human misery and suffering magnitudes worse. Prolific journalist Stephen Lendman can provide the shocking data on the United States of America in particular and how that society has within the space of a lifetime been bled utterly dry by the Wall Street banks, corporate oligarchs and their servile political Igors in both mainstream parties, including the occupant of the White House [1]. The same torment of the large body of people by a parasitical elite is replicated in Europe and elsewhere.

That is the ineluctable fiendish nature of global capitalism, which over generations feeds on the lifeblood of workers, and emaciates them and their families, while the system’s executors become bloated to the point of bursting, with all the wastefulness and destructiveness, including wars, that that entails. There is no way of legislating against such parasitism because the legislators are, or will sooner or later become, part of the parasitism – as the rich get richer and power and wealth inevitably polarize under capitalism. It is like a centrifugal force; always taking, taking, taking until the majority are left looking like a spent liquid to be discarded. Look at every nation state under the diktat of capitalism at this time in history, and dare say that that isn’t so.

The only protection to be gained is from crushing the system and replacing it with a different paradigm of relationships (democratic socialism – an alternative that has scarcely ever been given the chance to develop under the tyranny of capitalist imperialism).

In truth, this is not an impossibly tall order. The tormentor is in actual fact puny in number and size when compared with the collective body and power of the people. In many ways, the tormentor is only able to continue his parasitical tyranny because the people have chosen thus far to cower and take relative disorganized shelter. Or worst, they have fallen asleep from weariness, assigning themselves completely to the mercy of an insatiable feeding frenzy.

But signs are that the great body of humanity is finally beginning to rouse in anger, precisely from a painful understanding of how it has been and is being tormented. The world is awakening – thanks to global communications – and no more so than in the United States, where it is arguably most needed. And like the man in the above fable, a moment of determined organization could be all it takes to suddenly overturn a state of fear and torment into one of joy and freedom.

The US government is so full of self-righteousness that it has become a caricature of hypocrisy. Leon Panetta, a former congressman who Obama appointed CIA director and now head of the Pentagon, just told the sailors on the USS Enterprise, an aircraft carrier, that the US is maintaining a fleet of 11 aircraft carriers in order to project sea power against Iran and to convince Iran that “it’s better for them to try to deal with us through diplomacy.”

If it requires 11 aircraft carriers to deal with Iran, how many will Panetta need to project power against Russia and China? But to get on with the main point, Iran has been trying “to deal with us through diplomacy.” The response from Washington has been belligerent threats of military attack, unfounded and irresponsible accusations that Iran is making a nuclear weapon, sanctions and an oil embargo. Washington’s accusations echo Israel’s and are contradicted by Washington’s own intelligence agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Why doesn’t Washington respond to Iran in a civilized manner with diplomacy? Really, which of the two countries is the greatest threat to peace?

Washington sends the FBI to raid the homes of peace activists and puts a grand jury to work to create a case against them for aiding a nebulous enemy by protesting Washington’s wars. The Department of Homeland Security unleashes goon cop thugs to brutalize peaceful Occupy Wall Street demonstrators. Washington fabricates cases against Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and Tarek Mehanna that negate the First Amendment by equating free speech with terrorism and spying. Chicago mayor and former Obama White House chief-of-staff, Rahm Israel Emanuel, pushes an ordinance that outlaws public protests in the City of Chicago. The list goes on. And in the midst of it all Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other Washington hypocrites accuse Russia and China of stifling dissent.

Washington’s grotesque hypocrisy goes unremarked by the American “media” and in the debates for the Republican presidential nomination. The corrupt Obama “Justice” Department turns a blind eye while goon cop thugs commit gratuitous violence against the citizens who pay the goon cop thugs’ undeserved salaries.

But it is in the War Crimes Arena where Washington shows the greatest hypocrisy. The self-righteous bigots in Washington are forever rounding up heads of weak states whose countries were afflicted by civil wars and sending them off to be tried as war criminals. All the while Washington indiscriminately kills large numbers of civilians in six or more countries, dismissing its own war crimes as “collateral damage.” Washington violates its own law and international law by torturing people.

On January 13, 2012, Carol Rosenberg of McClatchy Newspapers reported that Spanish judge Pablo Rafael Ruz Gutierrez re-launched an investigation into Washington’s torture of prisoners in Guantanamo Prison. The previous day British authorities opened an investigation into CIA renditions of kidnapped persons to Libya for torture.

Rosenberg reports that although the Obama regime has refused to investigate the obvious crimes of the Bush regime, and one might add its own obvious crimes, “other countries are still interested in determining whether Bush-era anti-terror practices violated international law.”

There is no question that Bush/Cheney/Obama have trashed the US Constitution, US statutory law, and international law. But Washington, having overthrown justice, has established that might is right. No foreign government is going to send its forces into the US to drag the war criminals out and place them on trial.

The War Criminal Court at the Hague is reserved for Washington’s show trials. No foreign government is going to pay Washington several hundred millions of dollars to turn Bush, Cheney, Obama and their minions over to them in the way the US bought Milosevic from Serbia in order to create the necessary spectacle at the War Crimes Tribunal to justify Washington’s naked aggression against Serbia.

No government can be perfect, because all governments are composed of humans, especially those humans most attracted by power and profit. Nevertheless, in my lifetime I have witnessed an extraordinary deterioration in the integrity of government in the United States. We have reached the point where nothing that our government says is believable. Not even the unemployment rate, the inflation rate, the GDP growth rate, much less Washington’s reasons for its wars, its police state, and its foreign and domestic policies.

Washington has kept America at war for ten years while millions of Americans lost their jobs and their homes. War and a faltering economy have exploded the national debt, and a looming bankruptcy is being blamed on Social Security and Medicare.

The pursuit of war continues. On January 23 Washington’s servile puppets–the EU member states–did Washington’s bidding and imposed an oil embargo on Iran, despite the pleas of Greece, a member of the EU. Greece’s final ruin will come from the higher oil prices from the embargo, as the Greek government realizes.

The embargo is a reckless act. If the US navy tries to intercept oil tankers carrying Iranian oil, large scale war could break out. This, many believe, is Washington’s aim.

It is easy for an embargo to become a blockade, which is an act of war. Remember how easily the UN Security Council’s “no-fly zone” over Libya was turned by the US and its NATO puppets into a military attack on Libya’s armed forces and population centers supportive of Gaddafi.

As the western “democracies” become increasingly lawless, the mask of law that imperialism wears is stripped away and with it the sheen of morality that has been used to cloak hegemonic ambitions. With Iran surrounded and with two of Washington’s fleets in the Persian Gulf, another war of aggression seems inevitable.

Experts say that an attack on Iran by the US and NATO will disrupt the flow of oil that the world needs. The crazed drive for hegemony is so compelling that Washington and its EU puppets show no hesitation in putting their own struggling economies at risk of sharply rising energy costs.

War abroad and austerity at home is the policy that is being imposed on the western “democracies.”
